It was close to my business meeting The room was filthy and depressing. The wifi did not work properly and the advertised 24hour rate could not be provided becuase "they did not have the vouchers" despite signs in the lift and at reception stating this was on offer. I therefore had to pay twice as much for a very inferior service. The download speed was far too low.

Tolle Lage in der Nähe der Autobahn und trotzdem aufgrund des großen Hotelgrundstückes sehr ruhig. Positiv ist außerdem eine 24 Stunden Rezeption für jederzeitigen Check Out.

Die Lage im Gewerbegebiet ermöglichte einen kurzen Weg zum Geschäftspartner. Das Personal ist freundlich und Frühstück entsprach den Erwartungen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war teilweise erschreckend. Schlecht oder gar nicht gesaugt, unsaubere Duschkabine, Wasserkocher verkalkt, Flecken auf dem Fußboden. Angeproiesene Sauna in der ersten Etage vorhanden, jedoch gewöhnungsbedürftig in einem normalen Hotelzimmer verbaut.

Ruhiges komfortables Zimmer (hatte Businesszimmer gebucht, lohnt sich wegen des guten Betts) Es machte den Eindruck, als sei das Zimmer einige Zeit nicht belegt gewesen und die Reinigung (Bad) schon etwas länger her.

Trotz des Feiertages war das Personal sehr freundlich Das Zimmer lag direkt über dem Bereich der Mülltonnen, was unweigerlich zu Lärmbelästigung in den Morgenstunden führte. Als ruhiges Zimmer - wie im Vorfeld gewünscht - hätte ich mir ein anderes Zimmer gewünscht.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen, unkomplizierter Zimmerwechsel war möglich. Restaurant und Bar bieten auch Abends noch warme Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten an. Reiche Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Sauberkeit in der Dusche war nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprechend, Armaturen waren verkalkt und Teppich im Zimmer hatte Wachsflecken.
