we didnt need to give the receptionist our name they knew us, we traveled with 6 month old twins they were so helpful with everything they even gave us a large ajoining room with two cots for the babies...excellent hotel

I liked the staff that is very kindly, it is well connected with bus.

The internet connection can not be paid 8 Euro per hour, this is a lot. This makes me in the condition to do not suggest the hotel.

Good car park and access to lift.Easy checkout.

Hotel was clean, modern and easy to find. Very reasonably priced esp for New Years Eve.

They advertise the rooms are sound proofed but they are not. The noise from the hall was so loud I couldn't sleep.

展示会場の隣で便利。システム故障で初日は向かい側のRadisonホテルに移され、それ以降はTRYPに- 戻りスイートにアップグレードしてくれた。対応は良かったです。

部屋が広すぎた。

I have booked at booking.com but they were overbooked and they have rebooked us in other hotel. We had to move 2 times, although I had business meetings during the weekend. It was disturbing

eine bestimmte dame im service ( restaurant) war besonders unfreundlich,man konnte zudem nicht in ruhe frühstücken, das geschirr wurde einem buchstäblich unter den händen weggeräumt.

De ligging nabij de Frankfurter Messe, de netheid van de kamers, het ontbijt was uitstekend.

Zeer mooi en confortabel hotel maar bij inchecken om 20.00 was kamer nog niet vrij!! We konden pas om 21.20 op kamer??? Wel cocktail aangeboden gekregen

Maid service (tossed pyjamas to a chair instaed of folding them); better coordination between staff in restaurant and kitchen (wrong dishes were served the two days we stayed)
