In a central location in Munich, this modern hotel is less than half a mile from the Theresienwiese, home of the famous Oktoberfest. It features a bar, 24-hour front desk and spacious rooms.

Comfortable room Value for money Close to bars and restaurants Helpful staff Good transport links
Not a great deal to complain about. The hotel is a little out of the way from Marienplatz but there is various transport options.
The staff are awesome, really friendly and helpful - they really make this hotel what it is. For the time of year, value for money was decent and despite its flaws, it was an okay hotel and I would consider it again next time.
The free wifi is useless and you have to pay €4 for 24hrs "premium" access before you can actually do anything. The building is old and in desperate need of a refurbishment. We stayed in a "superior" room which was sparse and not overly inviting. It was clean, comfortable and warm. The location is right near the main station and 20 mins walk to town but don't expect to find much else in the area of interest unless you are looking for Turkish restaurants and sex clubs :(
Bar nice and good selection
Car spaces small for any decent size car
location very central within few minutes walking. Very supportive staff. Wonderfull breakfast
limited internet connection for free (one device per room and fixes data usage).
This hotel is great if you want to visit Munchen. Great value for money and excellent customer service! This is the second time we have stayed here. Chrismas markets were excellent!
close and sufficient parking facilities - altough pretty tight
relatively expensive breakfeast - coffee could be better (very light)
Had to queue for 40min to checkin as coach party arrived just before me. - The whole process seemed inefficient and long winded.
- Location close to main train station. - Was cheapest in area. - Clean.
- No double blanket!? Had children sized blankets on my double bed. Combined 3 of them in order to wrap up warm. - No cornflakes for breakfast? - Staff couldn't find me a tablespoon to eat with.
Hotel is located in the center in a really good starting point to explore Munich by foot. We had a room with a view of the hotel garden and the room was clean. Stuff was kind-of OK, nothing special.
- bathroom drainage had a terrible smell (mostly during the night / it helped if the water was pouring), - bathroom fan kept turned on for quite some time after the light was off, but was so loud that you could hear it also even if the doors were closed, - breakfast was not included in the room price and dining room was too-small for the size of the hotel (it was so full we decided to rather walk outside, there are many small bakeries offering very decent breakfast for much less than the hotel price) - the hotel offers car park, and only the last day we were told it had to be paid extra (18€/day), after questioning this, stuff offered us to pay only for one day (this is what we settled finally) - room lightning was rather dark to comfortably read at night (even with all lights turned on) The next time we'd rather try something else, as for this price we were definitively expecting more (despite being in a good location).
The location of this hotel to the festival grounds is perfect; only 3 blocks away. The staff were friendly and helpful; gave great recommendations on restaurants and shops and detailed directions on how to get there. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable.
It was Oktoberfest and I suspect hotel prices were hiked up everywhere in Munich, but the rate was a bit high for the what you get.
Staff helpful, room comfortable and hotel convenient for main station.
the owner very nice lady and the staff also very useful and pleasant
wifi did not always connected location was not in the center
I've got a free upgrade to premium room which was very cozy and spacious, fully equipped, wooden floor, really nice. Staff was warm welcoming and a free bottle of water was provided.
Breakfast was excellent. It was also nice that you had the opportunity to eat outside in a garden. I can also recommend the hotel dinner. Staff was really nice and helpful. I would visit this hotel again.
The hotel had a car park below the hotel. This was nice but the space for parking a car was really tight and it took a good effort to get your car parked. There was no safety box in your room but you had the opportunity to leave your belongings to the reception safety box.
Room is small.
Very comfortable and quiet. Helpful staff
The Internet was too slow, probably because of the high number of guests during the period (Oktoberfest) and a bit expensive
Nothing do stay at this place
Ran down and over priced
Didn't prememtively tell the cost of wifi
Size of the rooms Some rooms lack airconditions unless you upgrade which shouldn't be the case. All rooms should be airconditioned No free internet Many doors to have to cross in the Cory door Unpleasant smell in Cory door
Staff were particularly unhelpful and rude.
Excellent Location within easy Walking Distance of Oktoberfest. Free Wifi in All Common Areas as well as Room. Decent Buffet Breakfast Available.
Extremely Overpriced for Mediocre Quality Accommodation. Small Bar Open until early hours but no Food Offerings. Restaurant Closes at 10pm, Bar Open to Public until 2am. No Security or Preference given to Hotel Residents. Only 2 Elevators, Very Small and Unreliable. Car Parking Euros 18 Per Day Extra For Hotel Guests on top of Euros 400 Per Night ( Crazy )
Comfort of the beds
The service of the recetionist were more than poor. Unfriendly, no knowledge of the system and they were not customer focused.$ Internet is only for 50MB free otherwise you pay 5.-.
OUr room had slanted ceilings and I unfortunately am tall .... hit my head on them 3 times.
