prezzo buono dell'hotel posizione non cosi centrale, bisogna stare attenti alle camere perchè in alcune (come la mia che ho cambiato) hanno al posto del letto una brandina super scomoda |

Vicinanza al centro cittadino L'hotel è classificato 4 stelle,ma secondo il mio giudizio bisognerebbe declassarlo a 3 in quanto l'arredo e il bagno non sono di ultima generazione e gli accessori bagno sono limitati. Per ultimo,alla partenza, i receptionists dovrebbero essere piu' friendly. |

dopo cek out mi hanno custodite in apposita stanza le valigie per l'intero pomeriggio. il pagamento del servizio pay tv per l'intera giornata sebbene l'uso fosse stato di pochi minuti e casuale. |

Great, helpful staff, very clean hotel. The staff worked out a different room situation for us, accommodating our needs quite well. The location was not the greatest. |

The hotel description is misleading - it's good 2km outside of the pedestrian zone, hardly "in the heart of the city." Situated on a busy 4-lane street, gets very noisy early in the morning due to rush hour traffic. Room was large but cramped with tasteless outmoded furniture; bathroom clean but small and old-looking. Lobby feels uncomfortable and unpleasant, almost like a train station. |

Convenient location within walking distance from Hauptbahnhof station and Zentrum is a clear plus. However, one should not expect too much from the hotel itself - the facilities apparently need some renovation and the reception staff - training in card operations and general service. |

Location near the Hauptbahnhof, good bed in the room. Good breakfast buffet Restaurant was under construction, therefore no decent meal available in the evening (not mentioned during booking process). Very small room (bed placed next to the wall). Tasteless furniture (unlike description on the site). No other facilities available or very unattractive. General look and feel of the hotel is unpleasant. |

A good place to stay if you are going to arrive or go out by train from the central station. Although it is no extremely close (about 7 minutes by walk) it is a bit aside from the busy and noisy station square. The stuff is quite good, everything other is OK as well. Very common problem for all the hotels in the world: something leaky in the bathroom. In our case the curtain was made out of pure cotton, just like a bed-sheet. In addition the shower holder is set so the shower is directed just athwart the curtain. So every time you take shower you should collect the water at the floor. |

The location was very good - at the walking distance form the main train station (10-15 mins) and from the central square.The room was very clean, it was spacy, as well as the bathroom. The elevator was big enough. Actually, it was the best hotel in Europe I stayed at, all others were worse. |

Impossible to open the doors and get out of the car when you park in the garage. No space at all. I have scratched the bumper of my new BMW because of that.Hotel and facilities are very basic. Would not recommend. |

The reception staff were very helepful,and the hotel is very clean.the undergound is 2 minutes walk behind the hotel. The hotel says its 4 star,but i give the hotel 3 star as its old fashion[old pattered curtains ,old fitted carpet cheap furniture,no lcd tv],that anyone in germany aspect new technology.There are indoor doors in the coridor that anyone who walk through them make noise.To much noise,at nightime. |
