The staff were excellent and especially Patrick who was in the restaurant/bar area. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our room was too hot and had no air conditioning control.

Location, early breakfast on Sunday. Quick Checkin They did not allow me to bring my laptop bag to breakfast I had to leave it at reception.

That it was close to the Autostadt and the breakfast was excellent. That between 4:00 and 17:30, there was NO room service AND the restaurant of the hotel was NOT open. So you had to get out, to eat, which is NOT worth 4 stars.

Es war sauber, lag zentral am Bahnhof und zu VW, Frühstücksbuffet war gut Die Rezeption gab uns ein schlechteres Zimmer als gebucht und behauptete auf Beschwerde, das sei ein Fehler der Buchungsagentur, wohin wir uns dann nachträglich gewandt haben. Positives Resultat: wir haben die Differenz zum gebuchten Zimmer zurück bekommen! Ist aus meiner Sicht ein massiver Managementfehler!!

unflexibles Personal, war nicht in der Lage mir eine Buchungsbestätigung auszustellen, dafür wurde aber der Rechnungsbetrag doppelt abgebucht. Minibar wurde nicht täglich aufgefüllt. Im Bad gibt es nur einen kleinen elektrischen Heizkörper der für nur max. 15 Minuten heizte. Wollte kein Frühstück einnehmen sollte dafür aber 16,- Euro zahlen. Parkmöglichkeiten nur in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage ( kostenpflichtig ). Rechnungsbetrag muß im voraus bezahlt werden.

Sehr schönes stylisches Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Hotelangestellten. Wir buchen immer das Tryp, wenn wir einen geschäftlichen Termin in Wolfsburg haben. Gerne wieder.

Super Frühstück, eines der Besten die ich in Hotels erlebt habe. Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Bahnhof. Die Bettdecken sind zu warm (sehr dicke Decken)
