The process of check in and key collection from another location was not good. I had to ask four different people to find the location of key collection. |

Location of the apartment was great, also fully equipped kitchen was excellent for our family. The apartment wasn't very clean..and there was dirt in the balcony, TV remote control didn't have eny batteries...If you want a clean, classy and modern hotel apartment, this hotel is not for you. |

Well,i liked how clean it was,i also liked the design of the apartment and that it was close to an underground station.Its a very comfortable apartment to be in and a a very quiet location. Firstly,i did not like the idea i had to go to another street,which i didn`t know were it was,because am not from germany to go and get the keys to the apartment,secondly the guy i meet to collect the keys,was too arrogant,not friendly at all,thirdly,i was not told i was going to pay 15 Euros for cleaning,until i have put in my card details and paid already,and fourthly,the bed was not in good... |

good location, close to the city center and shopping paradise. Practically all that we need were in the apartments. Big room. It was rather cold in the room, especially in the nights, water was practically cold, thats why it was impossible to take a shower and especially to wash the head. We have problems with the waste, because nobody cleans our room for a hole week we stayed there. Light in the toilet shined all day long, we couldn't switch it off. but this disadvantages couldn't prevent our stay in this hotel again |

Everything was great. Location is very good near U-bahn station. No possibility to pay by credit card. They accept only cash. |

For fornuftige penge fik vi en 2-værelseslejlig med køkken og bad 65 EUR/nat Det var stort set umuligt at tage et bad, da bruseren konstant svingede kraftigt fra meget varm til meget kold vand - et nyt termostatstyret blandingsbatteri kunne formentlig løse dette. Det er et stort minus at de meget uhøflige fastboende naboer er imod ferie lejlighederne. Naboerne klager hvis man larmer (bevæger sig) melle 20.00 og 7.00 på hverdage og hele dage i weekend og helligdage. Dette bør fremgå af lejlighedsbeskrivelsen. |

Verkehr),Raumgröße Mißverständliche Beschreibung des Schlüsselübergabeortes (nur Xantenerstr,ca.2,5 km entfernt),mangelnder Pflegezustand (z.Bsp. von Handtuchhalter und Duschstange nur Löcher übrig),fehlende Ausrüstungsteile(z.Bsp. Geschirrtücher,Teelöffel,Teekanne fehlten) |

Tu-Casa a des appartement à deux adresses différentes. Nous avons séjourné dans un studio situé sur la Kurfürstenstrasse au numéro 106. La situation était idéale (2 mn du zoo, près du fameux magasin KaDeWe, à 5mn de la gare Zoologischer Garten). Appartement propre avec une terrasse, au calme. Le studio bien que propre avait été rafraichi à la va-vite (traces de peinture sur les murs...). Les meubles n'étaient pas de toute première jeunesse. La réception à une autre adresse était très éloignée du studio même. De plus, il a fallu payer en espèces alors que sur le mail de confirmation, il était indiqué que les cartes étaient acceptées ! |

Tiene un supermercado muy completo cerca y la estacion de metro Constanzer a 3 minutos.El apartamento es espacioso. El barrio muy tranquilo. El vecino indico cuando llegamos que el apartamento era ilegal segun resolucion judicial. Por lo que amenazo con llamar a la policia si haciamos el menor ruido a partir de las 8. Aunque no lo sabemos ciertamente, esto produce mala estancia. La cama estaba rota al llegar, el apartamento sucio, durmimos pues en el suelo cada dia. La television no funciona, la ducha cambia constantemente de temperatura, de frio a caliente. |

La ubicación del pequeño apartamento era muy céntrica y realmente el precio no era excesivo. En general no era demasiado cómodo: buen lavabo pero mala cocina, cama algo incómoda. |

Muy céntrico e independiente. Al estar el APARTAMENTO en un edificio de viviendas te encuentras con vecinos que no están de viaje, sion personas que viven en Berlín. |

L'apart est vraiment central; ça apporte un confort indéniable Pas très propre (surtout la vaisselle) et on doit quand même payer 15 euro pour le cleaning...(chose dont on n'est informé qu'au moment du paiment)...autre point désagréable: l'endroit où vous vous rendez au début pour payer est assez loin de l'apart (mm si l'apart se trouve dans un meilleur quartier) |

Billigt, relativt bra läge, nära U-bahn Lägenheterna finns i ett hyreshus med permanent boende som grannar. Dessa kämpar för att få bort Tu-Casa med alla möjliga medel. |

Тихий отель в центре Берлина. Удобное расположение относительно основных достопримечательностей. Полностью оборудованная кухня, рядом продуктовые магазины и маленькие кафе. Отель очень удобен для проживания семьей. |

Appartementen complex voldoet in geen enkel opzicht aan de foto's op de side. Afgebladerde verf, geen fatsoenlijk zitje ( alleen een eethoek ) een keuken waar je bijna niet in kon staan. Kortom geen aanrader. Misschien is het handig om een plaategrondje bij te voegen van het hotel waar je sleutel kunt halen |

dobre położenie,wystarczające warunki na krótk pobyt, np. wypad na zakupy,dostępny parking za drobną opłatą w apartamęcie było brudno, byliśmy z 10- miesięcznym dzieckiem -niemyte podłogi okazały się uciążliwe |
