We had no hot water at All in the whole period, neither in the kitchen or in the bathroom. So we could't shower at all and that was not good, especially after compeeding in The BERLIN MARATHON 2012 and nedding a bath :-((

si llegas después de las 22 tienes que ir al quinto coño a buscar la llaves(con un taxi ...ida y vuelta 14 euros) - en la cocina hay lo minimo minimo - 7 días con la mismas sabanas y toallas (por el precio podrían poner un cambio)

Очень достойные апартаменты, приветливый хозяин, удачное месторасположение. Всего в нескольких минутах отличный немецкий ресторан Ханингтон Экк, рядом с нами было 2 продуктовых супермаркета. До КуДаМа пешком минут 5-10, в зависимости от шага. Все очень понравилось. Спасибо.

Hinta ei pitänyt alkuunkaan paikkaansa. Pienestä koirasta veloitettiin 10 euroa päivässä vaikka hotelli mainostaa " lemmikeistä ei lisämaksua"

Les appartements où nous avons séjournés 106 Kurfürstenstrasse étaient plutôt modernes et propres. La literie est de bonne qualité. Les appartements sont bien placés (transports en commun, magasins du centre ouest-berlinois, proche du Tiergarten). Celui situé au 5 étage a une terrasse côté jardin intérieur qui est un plus.

L'appartement du second étage côté rue est très bruyant 24h sur 24 ou presque (la rue est une des plus passante de Berlin et le double vitrage est inefficace). Après une très mauvaise nuit, la première chose que nous avons faite le matin a été d'acheter des bouchons d'oreilles que nous avons utilisés toutes les nuits : bof bof. L'accueil du propriétaire (qui dirige un hôtel familial) n'a pas été des plus chaleureux et il ne cherche pas particulièrement à vous accueillir ou donner des conseils.

Fantastisk central beliggenhed på Ku' Strasse få hundrede meter fra Gedächtnis Kirche/Zoo/Ku' Dam. Lejl. Fremstod helt nyistandsat med funktionelt the-køkken og badeværelse med brus.

Hvis ikke man rejser I bil er det nok lidt besværligt, at skulle hente nøglen til lejl. På et andet hotel 4-5 km væk.

Accueil très agréable, Personne prête à rendre service, situé près d'une station de s Bahn et bus; restaurants et commerces a proximité. .Appartement très clair .

Ascenseur en panne, loin du Mitte ,ne permet de revenir en milieu de journée si l'on veut se reposer .

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren gut.

Der Teppichboden war schon sehr abgenutzt und das Zimmer war nicht so gut saubergemacht, als ich eintraf. Nach einer Meldung an den Eigentümer wurde das Apartment umgehend nochmals geputzt..

We liked the location and the size of the apartment, the heating was effective.

We asked for a non-smoking apartment, but it was REEKING with stale cigarettes (even though we aired the flat a lot, the smell stayed in our clothes, etc). We cannot accept the explanation that the proprietor can't help it - only non-smokers ask for non-smoking rooms!!! The "shutter" doesn't work, leaving the room dim.(it will be OK in the summer) There is only one coffee-spoon, no tea-spoons at all... The mattresses are filthy and slanting to one side.

Fantastic location to experience life as a Berlin resident (not as a doughnut, sorry jfk). Just blocks from all the Berlin awesome: Ku-Damm, Tauzientstrasse, the daily open air market by the Wiitenberg UBahn station, Zoo, Europa Center, KaDeWe, Urania Lecture Hall. Easy access to the U-Bahn and city tours for Checkpoint Charlie, AlexanderPlatz and BundesTag. Plenty of grocery shopping to keep the kitchen stocked - and restaurants of all types for when you don't want to cook, as well as a multitude of bars and pubs. These are apartments, so be prepared to live on the economy. The "front desk" is in a hotel over a 1km away so your taxi will have to wait while you scamper up 5 flights of stairs of to get the key. There's no maid service, so no daily pillow fluffing or towel changing. If you run out of toilet paper, you have to hope there's an extra roll in the closet or run down to the Kaiser's around the corner to buy some more.

The bathroom reeks. Apparently Germans use so little water that the pipes and sewers do not get enough water to get cleared. There's no laundry room. And no wifi - have to bring your own internet stick Also, there is a new hotel or something being built across the street and the apt is not soundproof. The construction gangs start work at 0500am so be prepared to be woken up by the dulcet tones of cement mixers and stuff being hauled by cranes up 50m in the air and then hammered together. And one of the neighbors cranks up some bombastic classical music at random times.

Bien situé et proche du métro

- Appartement très sombre, peu de soleil y entre - grande fenêtre de la chambre à coucher donnant directement sur la porte d'entrée principale donc bruyant - lits très inconfortables

Расположен напротив KaDeWe (один из главных шоппинг центров в Берлине с примыкающими торговыми улочками), поэтому это отличная отправная точка для шоппинга. Рядом Берлинский зоопарк и потрясающий музей фотографии Ньютона.

За ключами от аппартов нужно заезжать, что не очень удобно и гостеприимно. Очень грязные аппартаменты, при том что все платят за уборку сверх цены аренды: - отвратительный ковролин, который уже, кажется, невозможно отмыть - все время приходилось ходить по дому в носках; - полотенца как будто не выстираны после предыдущих жильцов; - маленькие муравьишки вместе с вами принимают душ; - шторы тоже пыльные и какие-то совецкие. Еще не плохо было бы оставлять для гостей в качестве приветствия хотя бы бутылку воды, пакетики чая и гель для душа с шампунями. Как-то это правильно. Цена этих аппартов откровенно завышена.
