The Tulip Inn Duesseldorf Arena is a newly build 3 star superior hotel, integrated in the LTU Arena. The location makes the hotel ideal not only for business- , and conference guests, but also for concert- group- and leisure guests. The adjacent fairground is at a walking distance from the hotel.Guests can reach the city centre within 14 minutes by subway, located opposite the hotel entrance. For international guests the hotel is only a 10 minute drive from the airport.

Convienience to trade show arena

Air Conditioning was not turned on for the season yet and as such I found the room to be too warm, even with window open.

Excellent location. Very good service in restaurant

Internet connection through TV very slow and got cut off twice. Enormous queues for checkout - this was predictable with Interpack starting at 10am so would be good to put more people on reception at this time.

Easy of use and the assistances of the people

we were not explained about the breakfast included in the price of the room. this is not anyones fault but it was not real clear about the price.
The staff was excellent and professional.

Will come back if the need arises.

Restaurant food was good.

Most of the restaurant was roped off to direct customers to enter at the till area which was OK but once there no one was greeting and seating customers, they were all concerned with collecting payments.

It was next to the event center that was the only thing.

The Airconditioning heating system made noise all night long and I will not stay there again. In addition the train from down town stops at 9PM so you have to take a cab at about $35USD

The hotel to be new, near the Messe are the biggest advantages.

1. Internet from the room did not ever work and no other solution for reach to the internet was given therefore I was obliged to go to Old Town to enter to the internet.
2. Drinking water together with water heater and tea-nescafe-milk to be put into the rooms.
