He staff was bery helpful. My husband and I needed to take the bus to the Hahn airport. The staff printed the schedule for us while we were out exploring the city. |

the staff were exceptionally helpful. After a 20 hour flight I had asked for an early check in if possible and the room was ready when I arrived at 0700 my room at the front was a little bit noisy and I would probably request a room at the back next time |

Do not let the noisy road in front of the hotrel mislead you - once inside, the hotel is an oasis of calm. Large room(s) with a pleasant atmosphere and a touch of design. Buffet breakfast was superb. The receptionist could have been more friendly (upon arrival). |

Hotel was clean, modern and very centrally located. An excellent breakfast buffet and free parking in the heart of the city made it an even better value for the cost. |

very attentive and warm-hearted staff which reacted professionally in overcoming small issues ie room swap, taking messages etc. decor in some rooms was lovely some rooms have a very small size with even smaller bathrooms which might be challenging and disappointing for some travellers |

Das Angebot eines kostenlosen Parkplatzes ist sehr gut, Außerdem kann man das Auto dort auch den ganzen Tag stehen lassen, wenn man schon ausgecheckt hat. |

Está muy bien situado, se puede ir andando a todos los sitios turisticos. La zona es muy buena. La habitación está muy bien, es muy comoda. Y el desayuno era muy bueno y variado. |

スタッフの方が親切！「何かあったらいつでも力になります」というスタンスがいつもあった。また泊まりたい- です。町まで近く、町とは反対側に歩けばスーパーREWEがある。パン屋もあるので朝食はつけなくても困ら- ない。部屋も清潔。 強いて言うならホテル内の段差。 |

スタッフが親切。ドアのカギが開けられなかった時も（こちらがドイツの鍵に慣れていなかった為）嫌な顔ひと- つせず来てくれた。部屋も清潔で広さも十分。ショッピングに便利なZeilまで徒歩５分。朝食は豪華だが、- つけたくなければつけなくて良いのも良かった。（近くにパン屋が数軒あるので、私はこちらで朝食をとってい- た） ホテル内に階段があったので（数段程度ですが）大きなトランクの持ち運びは少し大変。フロントに１人しか居- ないので、他に客がいなければ手伝ってくれたが、基本的に自分で持ち運ばなければいけない。 |

Ruime, mooi ingerichte kamer. Het hotel heeft een luxe uitstraling Direct naast het hotel wordt een kantoorgebouw gerealiseerd. Dit geeft behoorlijke geluidsoverlast (overigens niet als het raam dicht is). Daarnaast is het ontbreken van een airco een duidelijk gemis. |

スタッフは親切丁寧で、大変好感が持てました。何か困ったことがあっても何でも聞いてみようという安心感が- 常にあり、一人での宿泊にも不安は全くありませんでした。部屋もシンプルで清潔、本当に快適に過ごせました- 。中心のショッピング街へも歩いて5～6分なので電車一駅分乗らずに済み、逆側へ少し歩けばスーパーもあり- 便利な立地。ベッドに置かれたメッセージカードとキャンディなど小さな心遣いも嬉しく、大満足でした。また- 泊まりたいです 荷物の重さを計るため体重計を借りようとしましたが、無いと言われました。たまたまそのスタッフが英語が不- 得意だったのか、私の英語力の無さからか、通じにくいようだったのでもしかしたら本当はあったのかもしれま- せん。 |

Rezeption sehr zuvorkomment,konnte alle fragen beantworten und mit Tips zur Freizeitgestallung glänzen.Frühstücksservice ebenfalls sehr zuvorkomment.Das Hotel Personal kann ich nur loben.Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. |
