The staff were friendly and the room was clean and attractive. The
location was good for public transport and parks.

The lack of air conditioning in the summer was troublesome.

friendly staff, and room was good. breakfast was excellent.

there was no shampoo for the shower, and maybe something on the walls would make the room more nice.

Sehr schicke Rezeption und Restaurant. Sehr gut gelegen - Nur wenige Meter zur Alten Oper. Kostenlose Parkplätze hinterm Haus.

Manche Zimmer sind leider nicht renoviert und etwas grenzwertig! Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Montag Morgens um 8Uhr gab es leider nur eine kalte Dusche!
