Spacious room.

I think the carpet in the room needs to be cleaned.

the hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and polite and its a short walk into the city.

the staff were exceptionally helpful. After a 20 hour flight I had asked for an early check in if possible and the room was ready when I arrived at 0700

my room at the front was a little bit noisy and I would probably request a room at the back next time

Hotel was clean, modern and very centrally located. An excellent breakfast buffet and free parking in the heart of the city made it an even better value for the cost.

Beim Duschen war nur wenig Wasser da und es schankte von kalt auf heiss.

Das Angebot eines kostenlosen Parkplatzes ist sehr gut, Außerdem kann man das Auto dort auch den ganzen Tag stehen lassen, wenn man schon ausgecheckt hat.

Está muy bien situado, se puede ir andando a todos los sitios turisticos. La zona es muy buena. La habitación está muy bien, es muy comoda. Y el desayuno era muy bueno y variado.

スタッフが親切。ドアのカギが開けられなかった時も（こちらがドイツの鍵に慣れていなかった為）嫌な顔ひと- つせず来てくれた。部屋も清潔で広さも十分。ショッピングに便利なZeilまで徒歩５分。朝食は豪華だが、- つけたくなければつけなくて良いのも良かった。（近くにパン屋が数軒あるので、私はこちらで朝食をとってい- た）

ホテル内に階段があったので（数段程度ですが）大きなトランクの持ち運びは少し大変。フロントに１人しか居- ないので、他に客がいなければ手伝ってくれたが、基本的に自分で持ち運ばなければいけない。

スタッフは親切丁寧で、大変好感が持てました。何か困ったことがあっても何でも聞いてみようという安心感が- 常にあり、一人での宿泊にも不安は全くありませんでした。部屋もシンプルで清潔、本当に快適に過ごせました- 。中心のショッピング街へも歩いて5～6分なので電車一駅分乗らずに済み、逆側へ少し歩けばスーパーもあり- 便利な立地。ベッドに置かれたメッセージカードとキャンディなど小さな心遣いも嬉しく、大満足でした。また- 泊まりたいです

荷物の重さを計るため体重計を借りようとしましたが、無いと言われました。たまたまそのスタッフが英語が不- 得意だったのか、私の英語力の無さからか、通じにくいようだったのでもしかしたら本当はあったのかもしれま- せん。
