It was a very funky hotel. The lounge area with the jukebox was particularly nice. Loved the design and layout. More electrical sockets in the rooms and the room size to be looked at. I booked an extra large but it was the same size as a standard in other hotels I have stayed in. Have no idea where an extra bed would have went had i requested one. Also the web site leads you to believe that the extra large rooms are in the guest house not the main building. I was in room 10. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. 10 min walk to train station. Roof top terrace. Restaurant menue and prices. Supermarket nearby. Spa in neighbouring hotel was excellent. No Wlan in rooms available (you get cable for LAN). Design dominates function and comfort (e.g. no sufficient light in the rooms, small TV but retro). |

Das Zimmer hatte wirklich ein super Design und war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung war neu und zweckmäßig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und haben für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gesorgt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Frühstücks ist nicht angemessen. |

Ich fand das Essen abends im Restaurant richtig lecker. Super fand ich auch, dass uns innerhalb weniger Minuten das Babybett auf´s Zimmer gebracht wurde. Ich fand es schade, dass Mitarbeiter des Hotels Gastwerk den Kinderhochstuhl geholt haben, so dass im 25hours kein Hochstuhl mehr zur verfügungstand, obwohl mind,. drei kleine Kinder zu der Zeit da waren. Bei einem so teuern Hotel wie dem Gastwerk sollte man davon ausgehen, dass Geld für Kinderhochstühle da sein sollte. |

Er werd geen probleem gemaakt van het feit dat je met het ontbijt buiten wilde gaan zitten in het zonnetje. Dat heb ik met andere hotels echt anders meegemaakt.Erg vriendelijk aan de receptie telefoon. Ruimte om lekker rustig wakker te worden. Tot 13.00 uur stond het ontbijt klaar. Zo minimaal ontbijt als dat door onze voorgangers werd beschreven, vond ik absoluut niet. Alles was er in overmate. Ze komen netjes ook de koffie en thee bij je bezorgen. Yogurt was erg lekker.Rode lamp op de kamer maakt dat je huidskleur erg mooi is, dus top! |

The hotel is clean and the room we stay is large. Of course we paid for large room. The staff are friendly and nice. We do not think it is worth what we have paid. We stayed at large room but televersion is so small and thereis not refrigator in the room. The shower and toilet are very wired arrangement.. Let us feel no privacy eventhough we are couple. And the breakfast was not good either. The food display does not have enough light so we could barely see what we take from the pans and also only have 2 bread selection. And it cost EUR14?!! We had much better breakfast at other same standard hotel in Germany. |

Een mooi design hotel in een het leukste stadsdeel van Hamburg: Altona. Een mooie ontvangsthal, een goed restaurant en een prachtige lounge! Het onbijt is perfect. Vriendelijke bediening. Mooie kamers in verschillende grootte. Perfecte ligging om aan te reizen, en om verder de stad te verkennen met het openbaar vervoer. Fantastisch ook die I-pod wekker radio.Voor herhaling vatbaar! Doordat design de overhand heeft, gaat de functionaliteit soms wat ten koste. Bv. Voor make-up was er geen goed licht. Maar dat is een minor detail.. |

Trevlig design,god frukost,trevligt med en välkomnande öl vid ankomst,coola lounger och bra med parkering. Dyr frukostbuffe,även om den var god,sängarna var aningen hårda.Städpersonal gick in på rummet när vi var på frukost och kom sen återigen in i rummet innan vi hann lämna det,med städkorg,inte proffsigt alls och det var ändå mer än 1 timme innan utcheck. |
