The hotel was cheap, no hassle. Everything a hotel room should have was there, be it in the most minimal form. This is a good hotel if you want to save money and have no plans to do anything other at the hotel except to sleep. The room breathed the atmosphere of a prison cell. Minimalistic and sterile. |

Friendly and welcoming staff, very willing and helpful. The location of this hotel is excellent for the city centre attractions. The hotel generally needs a face lift and was a little dirty in the reception area but the room I stayed in was perfectly adequate and clean. |

Very friendly and helpful hotel staffs and receptionist, their service is excellent! Very unlikely that they will turn down any reasonable requests or demands. I requested hot drinking water, they provided. I asked for more reliable internet wireless connection, they changed my room to the one which has the best connection. When my room's heater was spoilt, they came and fixed it before the night on the same day. Nothing can really go wrong with this hotel. They also offered breakfast at discounted price at 4 Euro |

The staff were very helpful. Although they had no tourist map to hand out, the clerk explained how to get to the tram and which number to go on. Their English was, of course, also very good. Well, the hotel is close to a busy road, so the mornings aren't very quiet. |

Es hat einen guten Preis Das bett war o.k. aber es ist nicht für längere Zeiträume geeignet. Es war sehr laut und an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Es war recht kalt im Zimmer und sehr schlicht eingerichtet. Das versprrochene W-LAN ging leider nicht. |

Es hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen. Daher bin ich bereits nach der ersten Nacht abgereist. Das erste mir zugeteilte Zimmer glich einer Abstellkammer und hatte den versprochenen Schreibtisch nicht. Nach Reklamation erhielt ich dann das 2. Zimmer. Dieses Zimmer, insbesondere das Bett (hier speziell die Matratze) sowie die Lautstärke waren eine Zumutung. Ich habe die ganze Nacht kein Auge zugetan und war froh mein eigenes Kopfkissen (Schweinegrippegefahr) und eine Decke mitzuhaben. Das Bad war ok. Das Frühstück in einem Kellerraum war zwar nett gemacht, jedoch schmecken mir harte Brötchen und ein Aufschnitt, der wohl seit längerem offen lag zum Frühstück nunmal nicht. Ansonsten gab es nur abgepackte Marmelade, aber das ist noch ok. Gestört hat mich nur die offene Butter, in der jeder "rumgematscht" hat. |

Für 29 € pro Nacht war das Hotel OK. Mehr sollte es allerdings nicht kosten! Das Hotel hat schon etwas den Charakter einer Absteige; die direkte Umgebung ist sehr unattraktiv. |
