Rudest people I have ever met. I stayed at superior room for 122€ and the heater was not working. When I asked to change the room or do something to fix it as it was very cold (no carpet), they told me to leave the hotel if i'm not happy with the heater and the owner of the hotel came to my room by saying I have 10minutes to leave! Thanks to booking.com people, they let me to stay in that night where I had no other possbility to change the hotel at 22:00pm. Never again! Gorebileceginiz en kaba otel sahibi.. Isıtıcı calismadigi ve oda cok soguk oldugu icin yardim istedigimde, begenmiyorsam gitmekte serbest oldugum yanitini aldim. Otelin sahibi olan bayan son derece KABAydi ve çirkin konusmalari karsisinda, musterinizim rica ederim diye hatirlattigimda, "burasi benim otelim ve istedigime oda kiralarim istedigimi gonderirim, oda gayet iyi ve sen problemsin. Bu saatte problemle ugrasamam, 10 dakika icinde gidiyorsun" dedi? Booking.com calisanlari sayesinde o gece kalmama izin verdiler. O saatte gidebilecegim yakın baska bir otel alternatifi olmadigi icin kalmak zorunda kaldim. Bir daha asla. Son dakikada cikan toplantim icin mecbur kalarak boş olan tek oteli secmiştim ancak bu kadar kotusunu beklemiyordum :(

отличный отель. большой уютный номер, приветственная тарелка фруктов и просекко в день приезда. услужливый, отзывчивый персонал. чудесный ресторан в отеле. недорого и безумно вкусно. вкусные завтраки на террасе. до метцингена 10 км. вообщем, зачет :))

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Begrüßung mit einem Glas Sekt, Info zu Restaurant. Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut. Beim auschecken wurde sogar ein Coffee to go angeboten. Komme gerne wieder.

Een hotel met een op het eerste gezicht weinig aantrekkelijke uitstraling, maar schijn bedriegt. Een vriendelijke ontvangst, een uitstekende kamer en een uitstekend ontbijt. En bovendien kan je hier fantastisch eten tegen een, voor Nederlandse begrippen, lage prijs. Kortom, zeker een aanrader.

Le calme et la tranquilité, le bon accueil du personnel, le petit déjeuner en buffet. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour aller faire du shopping sur Metzingen. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. La connexion internet est payante et trop cher 8€ de l'heure)

Ontbijt in de tuin waar gewoon gerookt kon worden Wij hadden expliciet dit hotel geboekt omdat de mogelijkheid van een kamer met balkon te boeken was. Helaas, bij aankomst om 23.00 uur s' avonds (druk verkeer op de weg) bleek dat wij dus een kamer zonder balkon hadden. De volgende dag nog een keer om gevraagd omdat we 2 nachten hadden geboekt, maar om de een of andere vage reden was het niet mogelijk, terwijl de bezetting minimaal was en er geen enkele aannemelijke reden hiervoor kon zijn. Het hotel heeft snel geteld 36 kamers, bij het ontbijt hebben wij 10 personen gezien (parkeerterrein was bezet met 6 auto's) dus.............wat was het probleem dan?

Der nette Empfang, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und das wirklich üppige Frühstück, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Preis und die Nähe zu Metzingen sind wirklich super! Der Duschvorhang hat beim Duschen gestört, hier wäre eine Glaswand zu empfehlen.

Wurde mit einem Glas Sekt begrüßt - sehr aufmerksamt. Zimmer sehr sauber und groß, klasse Matratzen, Frühstück sehr gut, konnte sogar noch einen Kaffee mitnehmen - immer wieder gerne. Dickes Lob an das sehr freundliche und aufmerksameTeam

Accueil chaleureux. Hôtel très calme situé dans un village ,mais proche de jolies villes à visiter et où faire du shopping. Beaucoup de possibilités pour faire du vélo ou marcher dans cette région.

Sauber, geräumiges Zimmer mit viel Licht. Die Btten sind prima.das Frückstückbuffet sehr reihaltig und sehr viel Auswahl. Am Wochenende gab es sogar ein Glas Sekt zum Frückstück. Nette Bediening und netter Empfang mit einem Cocktail vom Haus. Unsere Ankunft am Samstag bis 16.00 Uhr war niemand im Hotel anwesend sodass einchecken erst nach 16.00 Uhr möglich war. Telefonisch war auch kein Hotelpersonal vor dieser Zeit erreichbar.das Hotel machte einen "verlassenen Eindruck" zu dieser Zeit. Ebenfalls abends nach 22.00 Uhr war niemand anwesend, man steht vor einem Hotel wo beinahe alle Lichter aus sind, die eine oder andere Lampe springt automatisch an, aber so "lebt dieses Hotel" nicht und als Gast hat man kein gutes Gefühl dabei. Aber nochmals einmal im Hotel war es zur Zufriedenheit.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt und auch sehr geräumig, wir hatten ein Tagbeslichtsbad und sogar Abends hatten wir einen Zimmerseervice der die Betten aufgedeckt hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und alles frisch.
