No phone in the room. Small and old tv. No laguage personnel, had to carry my bag myself. No elevator. Poor breakfast menu. Low noise insulation in the room, main street rooms.

Parking place for free - Wifi for free. Room was big but very sad., not enough lights, and too dark colors.Should be refurnished. Some rooms in the hotels have probably been upgraded, but not mine.

Form follows funktion - Funktionale, saubere zimmer in normaler Ausstattung gepaart mit frischer Farbgebung. Service ist ruhig und zurueckhaltend. Sehr gut fuer die schnelle Uebernachtung waehrend der Messe.

Ich brauchte für die E-World eine übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Preis, ca. 90,--€, war für die Messezeit akzeptabel. Transfer zwischen Messe und Hotel miserabel, was aber nicht am Hotel, sondern an den Verkehrsbetrieben liegt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und des gesamten Hotels ist sehr spartanisch. Jugendherbergen in den frühen 70 er Jahren hatten mehr Flair. Wände nicht tapeziert, sondern mit nur mit Farbe (grau) gestrichen. Beleuchtung nicht ausreichend, um auch nur ein Buch zu lesen.

Niets De geluidsoverlast van ventilator / verwarming. Wij hebben een andere kamer gekregen. De kamers roken niet fris, de ventilator in de badkamer zit helemaal dicht.

De ligging t.o.v. de kerstmarkt in Essen. De service over het openbaar vervoer naar Essen. Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Vriendelijke receptioniste. Geen tegenvallers.

schlechter Zustand der Einrichtung, Teppiche etc. Eckleisten im Frühstücksraum fallen ab. Wände schlecht verputzt-einfach überpinselt. Insgesamt ein traurieger Zustand für den Preis.

Ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht, haben aber sogar eine kleine "Wohnung" mit Bad sowie je ein Einzel- und ein Doppelzimmer bekommen. Tür zum Vorraum der Raucherlounge war zeitweise offen. Im ausliegenden Prospekt im Zimmer sollte der Teil Restaurants überarbeitet werden.

Schlicht, aber sauber. Freundliche Begrüßung. Keine Möglichkeit, den Duschkopf in der Badewanne oben aufzuhängen. Man musste die Dusche immer mit einer Hand festhalten. Der Raucherbereich, der sich ein Stockwerk tiefer befand, wurde zum Flur hin gelüftet (!), so dass es bis oben stark nach Rauch roch. Auch bei Information an der Rezeption, die meinte, dass das eigentlich nicht vorkommt, kam es wieder vor. Matratzen durchgelegen.

Puur zakenhotel. Goede prijs/presatieverhouding Langs het hotel loopt een drukke weg met veel verkeer en bovendien een tram. !Aan te raden is om altijd een kamer aan de binnenzijde dus ,, hofseite,, te vragen! Dus oppassen: kan erg lawaaierig zijn!
