Excellent service at a real family run hotel. Superb central location for seeing Rothenburg. They actually have parking nearby - a real luxury in this little city, if you are travelng by car and have lots of luggage. Our front room was over the surprisingly busy street and noise would have been a problem if it hadn't gotten cool enough to close all the windows. Not sure summer time wouldn't be a difficulty for these front rooms. |

a family run hotel,warm and welcoming,robert and his family were very helpful and plesant.in a fantastic location,right in the old town,only have to walk out the door and you are in the middle of it all.loved this hotel.a view to die for out over the valley. |

The breakfast was fine. We had four persons in our room, which we requested, but may have booked two rooms the next time, as it was a bit crowded. Was a bit noisy as we were on the first floor, and there were lots of visitors out late, and the windows needed to be open due to the heat. |

The quaintness & look (historic) of the hotel, good rooms, comfortable beds, perfect central location, friendly & helpful staff, lovely bakery, good food. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends but get a rear room because...... We had a front room facing the street, which disturbed our sleep when car and people traffic (partiers) were a bit loud til about midnight. During day the front door was open most time into restaurant, wasps/flies coming in landing on food. But that's summer for you. |

Hotel staff were very friendly and obliging. Well positioned for the charming small town. Bathroom was quite newly and well fitted but rather cramped. Room was comfortable though the decor was about 20 years out of date. Room overlooked the street and was quite noisy during the night. |

The staff was great! We stayed in a family apartment, great location in the city itself. The location and the fact it was an apartment allowed us to come and go very easily. |

It's just inside Rothernburg and very easy to visit this town. The breakfast is also delicious. Only one thing is not tolerable that's too hot -- because there is poor circulation in the room. Only two windows are available but can only be opened mildly, hence the air inside the room didn't move, which make us a terrible night. |

Perfect location for exploring Rothenburg odT. Cute rooms in an old building but still modern bathroom. Secure parking (limited space - book ahead). Wireless network did not work in the room but perfectly in the comfortable cafeteria. |

Robert, the owner, was very helpful. It is a very sweet hotel and in a great location. It was very comfortably cool at night but very noisy, since our rooms faced the street. |

The Hotel was clean, confortable and quiet, the staff friendly and very helpful. One pays in part for the location, very close to the old city center, but otherwise the relationship price/quality is good. |

We cancelled the 3rd night and we did not have to pay for it. There was no elevator. We had a room on the 3rd floor which could only be reached via a winding staircase. |

The hotel room was great. Fantastic location within the city walls. Breakfast was great and staff were more than accommodating. Wish we could return at some time! No wi-fi in the guesthouse - seperate to hotel/cafe (minor issue) |

The apartment we received was great(and unexpected), the staff warm and friendly. It is close to all the things you want to see in Rothenburg and in a particularly nice part of town. The breakfast was good, with fresh rolls made by Robert the owner, the internet worked(unlike some places). A great place to stay, wished it could have been longer! |
