Ausgesprochen freundliche,engagierte und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. moderne Ausstattung des gesamten Hauses. Wirklich empfehlenswert! Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage, bei derzeit Temperaturen deutlich über 30 Grad nicht so angenehm. |

Bediening en medewerking. Goed ontbijt en geschikt als locatie om de stad/beurs te bezoeken daar het 12 minuten met de trein is. (welk elke 20 minuten gaat en op 50 meter afstand ligt...) |

Modern/warm ingericht hotel. Erg vriendelijke ontvangst met de nodige informatie en tips. Parkeergarage voor € 7. Bus/tramstation op 100 m. 5 Haltes tot het centrum van Keulen en de S-tram reed tot diep in de nacht terug. Op advies v.d. receptionist a.d. overkant v.d. straat heerlijk gegeten (echt Duits: flinke porties en in een gemoedelijke sfeer). Mooie kamer en goede bedden. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt met de mogelijkheid tot speciale koffies. We zijn vijftigers die Keulen vanwege de Kerstmarkt/sfeer bezochten en het hotel kozen door de combinatie van sfeer/prijs/parkeerplaats/o.v. |

Een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Het overig personeel was ook heel vriendelijk en wilde veel voor je doen. We mochten de auto tot de volgende dag 14.00 uur laten staan. En een perfecte verbinding met Keulen, ook daarin werden we goed geadviseerd. |

Bon acceuil, presque tout le personel parle anglais.Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Ter à 100m et métro à 5-10 min de marche. Bar restaurants typiques à proximité directe. Extérieur de l'hôtel beaucoup trop bruyant avec bar restaurant juste en dessous de nos fenêtres. En été et sans climatisation, il est obligatoire d'ouvrir les fenêtres et avec le bruit, les nuits sont compliquées.( En Allemagne c'est la fête à Gunter tous les soirs.. Donc boules Quies obligatoires.) |
