Hotel Graupner  

Really good location.

Lacks an elevator while has many floors. The bathroom's shower had intermitent temperatures so, it would turn hot or cold anytime. The windows lacked good cover so during the early morning it was pretty uncomfortable. Although cheap, the public parking is pretty far ~800m.

The owner accused me of throwing tampons into the toilet. As I am male I am not in the habit of using tampons. If I did I would not throw them into toilets. I was highly offended by these ignorant people. They had no proof and they obviously do not understand plumbing. If tampons were found in their toilet they must realise they could have been there for weeks or months. Blaming the current occupant of the room for whatever problem they had with their plumbing is shortsighted and stupid.

The town of Goslar was nearyby and it was truly sensational.

Lobby was dingy, smelly and not very welcoming. Price of breakfast was out of control. No staff at front desk until 8.00 am, we wanted to check out earlier.

Its central position, T.V. was not working but was rectified quite promptly. Would use again

Staff are rarely on hand. You must walk 2kms to their city hotel to pay the bill on the last morning.

I loved the way that the rooms were decorated. Each room is decorated differently. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. They even take your bag up the stairs to the room. They were kind enough to even let me choose which single room I would like. The breakfast was yummy. They let the pets stay free.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang + Service von allen Mitarbeitern! Tolle zentrale Lage, Parkplatzmöglichkeit war durch Hotel in der Nähe gegeben. Leckeres Frühstück und schönes sauberes Zimmer - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Die sehr zentrale Lage. Die Flexibilität beim Zimmerwechsel von Zimmer 1 in Zimmer 11.

Der Schlafkomfort in den meisten Zimmern, entspricht mit Matratzen und Sprungfederrosten dem Standart der fünfziger Jahre, stark renovierungsbedürftig. Kein Aufzug. Kein hauseigener Parkplatz, aber parken in günstigem Parkhaus Zentrum, 10 min Fußweg.

Service am Empfang und beim Frühstück war sehr gut, haben auch Informationen von der Stadt und von Sehenswürdigkeiten bekommen, mit Stadtplan kopie.

Das wir ins Gästehaus verlegt wurden, in dem es uns nicht so gut gefallen hat. Konnten dann aber doch wieder zurüch ins Hotel, bekammen dann zwar ein kleineres Zimmer, mußten dafür aber auch weniger bezahlen.

Schönes kleines Hotel im Zentrum der Altstadt Bambergs. Und: nach einem kurzen Anruf wurde für meine Frau ein toller Blumenstrauß besorgt.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ziemlich mager. Noch magerer ist der Wasserdruck in der Dusche, sofern man hier überhaupt von einem Druck sprechen kann.

Die Lage ist angenehm mitten inder Stadt zum Besichtigen, Einkaufen, Bummeln.

Leider existiert keinerlei Hotelanfahrtszone. Vorsicht! Gepäck ausladen kostet dann 15 EURO, von denen der Wirt meint, man täte was für den Stadtsäckel! Ich fand das nicht lustig! Übernommen hat er das Ticket nicht. Negativ auch Umgang mit meiner Buchung; angeblich war sie nicht im Computer, was nicht sein kann. Der Wirt wollte mir erst gar kein Zimmer geben, dann nur für eine statt der gebuchten zwei Nächte, und dann konnte ich doch bleiben, aber ich erfuhr es erst, als ich schon am anderen Morgen gepackt hatte. Ich hatte das Gefühl, das war nur Taktiererei; vielleicht hoffte er, es werde noch jemand kommen, der länger bleibt. Ich kam mir nicht vor wie ein Gast, sondern wie eine Bittstellerin.
