Near ski lift (200 mtr). Good food. Cosy and good looking hotel. Swimming pool, Sauna. Bed is ok but pillows not. They don't understand what a good pillow should look like.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer. Der schöne Wellnessbereich. Lage des Hotels, vom Zimmer aus hatten wir den Blick auf Braunlage. Das Frühstück mit Atmosphäre. Der freundliche Service. Ein Hotel, in dem wir unbedingt noch einmal Urlaub machen wollen. Alles super!

Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Der Ort Braunlage bietet allerdings nichts aufregendes. Ein Auto ist deshalb empfehlenswert. Die Restaurant- und Barpreise sind sehr hoch.

This is a lovely hotel with very comfortable rooms, the attention to detail is excellent, the decor is very good and the cleanliness is excellent. The spa facilities are very good and we felt completely relaxed and stress free during our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful We were dissapointed with the restaurant, the menu was limited and expensive. There was plenty of choice in the nearby town so no incentive to eat in the hotel. Drinks in the bar were also expensive.
