This family-run, 3-star hotel offers cosy accommodation and a small wellness area in the rural village of Undeloh, set right in the heart of the Lüneburg Heath nature reserve. The comfortable, quiet rooms of the Undeloher Hof hotel are tastefully furnished in shades of light green and include a TV and telephone. Wake up to a delicious, complimentary buffet breakfast in the morning before setting out to explore the surrounding countryside on foot, by bike or even via horse and carriage. The Undeloher Hof's own horse and carriage rides are also suitable for guests with wheelchairs. After a busy day, why not relax outside with coffee and tempting, home-made cakes in the Kaffeegarten and enjoy the summer sun. Mittag- und Abendessen waren gut. Die Bedienungen waren freund- lich und aufmerksam. Hinweise auf Sehenswürdigkeiten von seiten des Hauses. Die Möglichkeit eine Kutsche zu zweit oder in der Gruppe direkt vor Ort zu mieten. Die Frühstückstische waren eingedeckt. Manche Gäste wollten aber an anderen Tischen sitzen. Dieser Wunsch war aber mit Schwierig- keiten verbunden, da das Personal für das Frühstück teilweise nicht zugegen war. Manche Gäste sind deshalb selbst aktiv geworden. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück war lauwarm. Mängel auf dem Zimmer. Ein Stuhl war wackelig(Verbindungsteile waren locker). Eine Steckdosenabdeckung fehlte, die Kontakte(220 V) waren offen zugänglich. Türabdeckung(Innenseite Bad) fehlte eine Schraube und eine andere war locker. Die Dichtlippe unterhalb der Dusche war defekt und nicht mehr dicht. In der Nähe des Schreibtisches wäre eine Lampe angebracht oder eine Stehlampe auf dem Schreibtisch. Unsere Empfehlung: Bevor ein Gast oder die Gäste den Zimmer- schlüssel bekommen, das Zimmer auf Mängel zu kontrollieren.

Mycket bra läge intill Lüneburger Heide, direkt från hotellet ut på fina vandringar, bra mat i restaurangen, trevlig personal, nära till Autobahn, Ingen internetanslutning, matos från köket förekommer.

Für das kleine Badezimmer war der Preis zu hoch. Im Flur waren einige Lampen defekt. Der Garten um das Landhaus war ungepflegt.

Der Undeloher Hof profitiert von seiner exzellenter Lage unmittelbar im Naturpark Lüneburger Heide. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel präsentiert sich sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind ausgesprochen sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und einwandfrei. Der Undeloher Hof hat seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt, bei dem uns die Küche ausgesprochen gut gefallen und geschmeckt hat, den Koch gewechselt. Die Qualität des Essens hat u.E. dadurch leider merklich nachgelassen, so dass wir auf die umliegenden Restaurants ausweichen mussten.
