The best in this hotel was the localization - near to the main railway station and in the same city center Standard is adequated to price so it is the best to spend only night. Breakfasts are also not very good and each day is the same. The total opinion about the hotel is good because I looked for sth cheap so I agreed for the comfort of the hotel |

Just for night stay,this property is OK as hotel is located at very convenient location. Rooms are very small, no plug point inside room to charge your mobile or laptop. |

I will not refer to this hotel to anyone,the quality should be put as "sub-student budget" The room size,the lack of room facilities,the lack of space.Poor breakfast. |

Nick Jenson was very easy going and changed our reservation free of charge which was a great help. Located just down the street from the main station which is easy. The older guy on reception reminded me slightly of a commandant with his strict rule and gruff attitude regarding leaving the key at reception when you went out, i was not aware of that at the time. |

In the center of frankfurt It was what you should expect for the price. Very low class!! Good for a one night stay if you dont bother where to stay. |

The breakfast room only not the breakfast ! Everything was substandard ! worst no phone also in the room or premises , several attempts at check in to palm off a bad room with some pretext or the other , road side rooms extremely noisy through the night and day , unventilated room , Unventilated toilet with dampness always , I wonder how a company of your knid is passing off such hotels , I may seriously reconsider booking a room again with your comapny ! |

The hotel staff was really friendly and our rooms were very clean. We had everything that we needed and breakfast was included the next morning. The rooms were very small and there was not much room to move around or place luggage. We had to squeeze between the bed and desks to get to the bathroom and the beds were very small. We also had to hand in our keys at the front desk anytime we left the hotel. Other than that, it was a nice hotel and worth the price. |

The breakfast was good, and the location ideal for anyone travelling by rail. You have to be aware that it is on the main street for trams from the Hauptbahnhof |

It was quiet even though it was on a busy street so I got my rest for my flight the next morning. The room was clean and was as expected. The towels smelled odd and the concierge charged us for triple occupancy rather that double even after I had called to make that change. |

Excellent location. My room was in the front on 1st floor. As there is no air-con the window had to be left open. Very noisy road!!!!!!!!!! |

Was comfortable and ok for the money Was put either in a smoking wing or someone smoked in room prior to visit, was suppose to be a non-smoking room. Wasn't so much a deal breaker for me but ither non-smokers may feel differently. |

The price for hotel was charged from the credit card, even if there is written in Your booking confirmation, that the card No is only for guarantee purposes ! It was not like this in this case. ! I am using Your service fromn time to time, but I ´ve never had this bad experience ! |

The place situation next to Frankfurt's main train station, the quick and efficient handling by the staff, the good breakfast. As a non-smoker I got a room where apparently also smokers live from time to time. The tv was not very clear. |

Cheap and very near to train station. Only five minutes walk. Staff not courteous, room was very small. Washrooms not good. |

It was close to the train station providing an easy train commute to/from Frankfurt, to the airport. It was a very basic hotel. All the same, the essentials were provided. |

very close to the central station cleanliness - molds at the bottom of the glass at the washstand, showergel bag which was torn already, molds in the shower room. |

Convenient location. Pretty good price. Nice, breakfast. This hotel is near some bars, and on a Friday night it stayed noisy until midnight. The room was a little warm, but opening the window made it too noisy to sleep. |
