Upper Room Hotel Kurfürstendamm    

Everything was great! I Would stay there again.Excellent breakfast and the people are really nice and friendly. I do recommend this hotel.

Well situated hotel, U1 line was just around the corner. You could also take busses 100 and 200, which are double deckers and run across the town. Clean and nice rooms, with TV, shower etc. Very good breakfast.

Clean. steps in the entrance! Change the lift.(cost too much?). Missing rooms for smoking people.

Very narrow and high stairs to the second floor. And it was horribly noisy!! I can't sleap at night, because you can hear every sound, and there were a lot of people walking whole night and speaking and slamming the doors..

I fell on the stairs right before the elevator....not enough light or contrast on the stairs to see the last step. Thankfully I was not injured.

I could hardly connect the Internet, and the speed could not satisfy me. And the sound insulation. I heard the noise even at midnight. The facilities and the furnitures are quiet old

This is not a 4 star hotel, I dont know why it is listed as a 4 star hotel in Booking. I was very disapointed about the instalations, not comfotable, bad smell in the floor, and the carpets not very clean. The hotel staff was not very friendly neither very helpful. The hotel instalation are old and it is more a bed and breakfast place for young group of people looking for a cheap place in the city. The subject of the stairs has been mentioned by others by that was not a big problem for me as I had not much bagage. The hotel was marked as "smartdeal" by Booking when I booked, well it was definitely a smart deal for Booking and for the hotel but for sure not for me. I will not come back

The Hotel is on the 4th floor of a building, if you mind to climb some steps, it can be bad for you. But it was ok for me.

It was a little bit difficult to locate, because the hotel signboard is not clear. The stairs to reach the hotel and the type of the stairs inside the hotel to reach level 1.

Polish receptionist wasnt friendly at all, our room was really small, not built for 2 people for sure, in the morning lot of noise, hotel not visible from the street
