Algeheel netjes en vriendelijk personeel. Leuke speeltuin voor de kinderen. Mooie grote kamer alleen een douche onder het schuine dak dat van 1.90 terug gaat naar 1 meter en zodoende je zowel de douche als de wasbak niet normaal kan gebruiken.

Naar dat we eerst aan de overkant in een hotel hadden gezeten in 2011 zijn wij een keer in Hotel Berghof gaan eten en vonden de eerste indruk of we in Oosterijk zaten (geweldig) Hebben meteen bij thuis komst geboekt voor 2012. Zijn pas terug maar het waren super dagen., Zwembad,sauna,solarium en natuurlijk het vriendelijkheid en bediening van het personeel. daar mag ook wel eens gezegd worden. We hopen dat we volgend jaar weer aanwezig kunnen zijn met carnavalsvakantie. vriendelijke Fam Wijnen Voerendaal

De kamer was prima, de welness was ook heerlijk, super ontbijt en diner voor 17 euro was ook prima. In de kitchenette stond echter maar 1 kookpan koffiezetapparaat ontbreekt ook verder niets te klagen.

Was verder netjes en schoon,ontbijt zag er goed uit en lekker. Wij hadden twee keer een twee persoons kamer gereserveerd,maar bij aankomst bleek er helemaal geen twee persoons appartement te zijn,terwijl wij wel voor een twee persoons appartement moesten betalen.Dus dat was een maal en nooit meer.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Die Nutzung des Schwimmbades und der Sauna war im Preis inbegriffen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen und auch das Abendessen war sehr gut. Auch für Kinder wird hier sehr viel geboten. Meine Freundin hatte einen kleinen Hund dabei, was aber kein Problem war. Dass wir in einem, direkt an den Frühstücksraum grenzenden Restaurant frühstücken sollten, wegen der offenen Speisen, ist für mich nachvollziehbar. Wir fühlten uns im Berghof sehr wohl, ein perfekter Urlaub, schöne Landschaft, guter Service, alles sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Im Hotel Berghof hat uns am besten gefallen: Die 3 Saunen Das super Frühstück Das Schwimmbad/Whirlpool Die Hotelmitarbeiter Im Hotel hat uns nicht gefallen: Das 3.Bett war sehr unbequem Das alte Mobiliar Das Abzugsgitter im Bad fehlte Die Balkonfliesen waren kaputt
