This family-friendly hotel with pool and spa is a 5-minute drive from the center of Willingen. All rooms and apartments include a balcony, and breakfast is included in the rate. A pleasant, family-oriented Hotel a bit outside the village, overlooking the mountains. Very friendly staff. The hotel is a bit like the 70th- needs some kind of renovation in general. Cleanliness, however, was spotless.

Net als 5 maanden geleden: 2 x 1 pers-kamer geboekt en 2 x 2 pers-kamer gekregen tegen dezelfde prijs. Ook nu weer zonder problemen de mogelijkheid om later te vertrekken (13.00 uur ipv 11.00 uur). Wederom een aanrader! Dit hotel.

Alles perfekt. Leckers Frühstücksbuffet , nette Bedienung und sauberer Wellnessbereich. Sehr zufrieden und nur 1,2 km von dem nächsten Ort entfernt. Konnte man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Nach Willingen mit dem Taxi 5 min für 6 €.

Das Frühstück war OK Das Badezimmer war eine einzige Katasrophe Man musste in der Badewanne knien um zu duschen. Selbst beim kämmen konnte man nicht gerade stehen.

Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen . Auch als älteres Ehepaar konnte man sich in diesem sehr familien - freundlichen Hotel wohlfühlen . Besonders gut hat uns das Schwimmbad gefallen ! Wir waren zwar nur übers Wochenende da , würden aber jederzeit wieder dort hin fahren .

We hadden twee éénpersoonskamers gereserveerd echter twee, behoorlijk ruime, tweepersoonskamer gekregen zonder bijbetaling! Prima ontbijtbuffet en ook een mooi zwembad met diverse sauna's erbij. Ook konden we in goed overleg veel later op de dag uitchecken op onze vertrekdag Een aanrader !

Hotel was in zijn algemeenheid netjes. op de balkons was wel wat achterstallig onderhoud aan de vloer. Hier waren tegeles afgebroken aan de rand. Deze tegels lagen allemaal los. Verder weinig opmerkingen. Ontbijt was goed.

Ansich war der Aufenthalt O.K. .... Allerding war das Personal allgemein gereizt und sehr unfreundlich...duscharmatur habe ich zwei mal beanstandet wurde aber nicht reparierte....

Algeheel netjes en vriendelijk personeel. Leuke speeltuin voor de kinderen. Mooie grote kamer alleen een douche onder het schuine dak dat van 1.90 terug gaat naar 1 meter en zodoende je zowel de douche als de wasbak niet normaal kan gebruiken.

Sehr guter Service.Prima Frühstück. Ruhig gelegen. Sauna und Schwimmbad. Mein Zimmer war von der Ausstattung etwas "in die Jahre" gekommen. Das Ambiente hatte wenig Charme.

Handtücher, Bett und Bettwäsche waren sauber. Das Frühstück war ok- Bad: Seifenschale + Badewannenverschluß abgerissen, Klodeckel wackelte, Klobürste unappetittlich, Wand schmutzig, voller Seifereste, Heizung verrostet, Terrassentüre aus Angeln gerissen, Teppich voller Flecken und vollkommen versifft. Bei der Beschwerde zur Besitzerin kam keine Entschuldigung, nur ein:"ja ich weiß, im November wird alles neu gemacht"- sie hatte kein Interesse und kein Pardon. Die Rinderbouillon schmeckte total nach Instantwürfel und nicht nach Rinderbrühe, mehr haben wir dort nicht gegessen!

Der Spa-Bereich war für die Preiskategorie gut. 3 Saunen, eine Sonnenbank. Das Wasser im Pool und im Whirlpool waren ca. 30 Grad. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut! Die Zimmer bedürfen in Teilen einer Renovierung. Das Bad war neu und gut!
