Vahrenwalder Hotel Hannover Partner of Sorat Hotels  

At first, you miss all the usual extra stuff (except for the free wlan!): no flatscreen tv, no pool, no air conditioning, no marble in the bathroom. But then you take a look at the price - and start to smile... Screw that flatscreen - I just need a bed for the night! When you awake with the smile, don't miss the breakfast buffet. I'll be back the next time in Hannover...

Rooms facing the four-lane main street are extremely noisy at night, especially when you intend to keep the windows open for fresh air. There is not a single minute during night time without cars or train passing. And due to the traffic lights in front of the hotel, every second driver tries to do a half-mile dragrace... (Which definitely keeps you awake with an open window). Rooms facing the other side will get extremely warm in summer.

I stayed in the Motel part of the hotel. Room was simple but good. Free Wireless Internet access. Friendly staff. Parking possibility. Good breakfast.

Good location for Hannover city centre with good transport nearby Ideal for a cheap city centre visit for a few days but not for a 2 week holiday

Very basic but functional rooms

the location is good, just a few stops to central station. quiet if the room faces the inner yard. Modest but clean and friendly.

the price was high even for the city overpopulated with Agritechnika 2011visitors.

The Hotel is located next to a train station. It is easily accessibly via the local train systems. It is also easy to go to the airport. The rooms are very spacious and relatively clean. My room faced the sun was was very well lit which made a very good stay. The price is very nice.

Front rooms are noisy needs air conditioning

There are 2 types of rooms. Those on the street side where the noise of the traffiic is appalling and those on the other side where the sun shines though and the rooms are too hot. There are no fans or air conditioning. I stayed 3 nights and changed rooms once but I had very little sleep on all 3 nights. Terrible hotel where the manager wouldn't even give a fan to cool the room a little. Never again

Das Zimmer - im Hinterhaus nur über Außentreppe erreichbar - war zwar sauber aber sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, der Fernsehempfang war sehr schlecht. 3 Sterne verdient dieses Hotel nicht.

Läget relativt nära flygplats och alldeles intill en Tram station med bra förbindelse till Hannover mässan

Priset, inte värt 240 Euro, men jag var sent ute och hittade inget billigare

Ich bin recht enttäuscht weil der komfort und die Hygiiene absolut nicht gestimmt haben ! Ich wurde in den motel bereich geschickt!

1. Habe bewusst ein Hotel mit WLAN-Möglichkeit gewählt, war aber nicht immer verfügbar. Und wenn, dann nicht verschlüsselt 2. Ein Fernseher nutzt wenig, wenn das Bild trüb ist und ich die wichtigsten Programme (ARD) nicht empfangen kann
