I stayed in this hotel for the second time and defiantly will stay next time, as there is super and modern hotel with excellent facilities and view from the window. It is convenient location near the airport. Free parking and spacious room.

Very spacious room with huge windows and amazing view. Friendly staff. Wide choice of food during "live cooking" in the restaurant at fair price and more than ok quality. I can recommend this clean, stylish and comfortable hotel.

Unless you book a specific rate, you are not entitled to free shuttle to the airport. A cab is approximately 12 Euro.

We booked as a transit hotel for an early flight but will definately go again for a week-end trip . Perfect service , marvellous restaurant !

The fact that I could get a smoking room.

A very fine hotel indeed, but you'd expect that for that price BUT:

Despite the name this hotel isn't ANYWHERE NEAR the airport, nor near anywhere else. Located in a nondescript business park, a EUR13 taxi ride away from the airport and a 20min walk from the nearest signs of civilisation. What's the point...

An excellent hotel and excellent value for money. The stay was perfect. Rooms are very spacious, clean, modern design. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful. Would definately stay again.

I was very pleased that the hotel catered for smoking guests, as there is nothing worse than having to stand outside the door of an hotel to have a smoke.

Everything is perfect! Extra large room with comfortable bed, sofa, large tv, stunning view, big bathroom with shower and tube... Hotel is close to exhibition grounds. Breakfast is rich. Internet free & works perfectly. Staff very friendly and very well trained.

Very good fitness facilities. Large, quiet rooms.

No choice of other restaurants. Indoor restaurant very decent, but it's always nice to have alternatives.

The room and bathroom are big enough for family with two children.

Nice ambience to hotel, food was nice

No airport shuttle, large distance from airport and city so needed to get pricey taxi, taxis unreliable. Reception not very helpful.

The suite is just perfect. Unbelievable what comfort that room give you. For us, it's the best hotel I had so far, in Europe! Dinner in the hotel's restaurant ZiZou was astonishing.

only negative is that there are no restaurants in the vicinity for a change and should depend on Altstadt 20 mts drive away

The hotel itself is magnificent and the rooms are great. The restaurant food is excellent. The lobby is a great place to meet and chat and the bar was a relaxing place to have a few drinks and bar food.

Two things. One was the cleanliness of the room and particularly the day to day upkeep. Little things like a towel in the bedroom being left on the floor, their was water in the hot water pot that had been left there and the bottom of the pot had not been cleaned. The staff appeared very young and made a mistake at check in, were not able to answer normal traveling questions and had trouble with English speaking guest understanding and communicating in English. At one point, we knew that we were not getting our communication clear and were abruptly dismissed by the young man behind the desk. Need to work on staff and need a few seasoned employees to help when everyone looked and acted like trainees

Good formula: affordable luxury Value for money better than at Sheraton

Location is one of convenience (near airport), not appealing.
