The hotel is gorgeous, situated perfectly on the main town square overlooking the beautiful town buildings. We were there for the Christmas Market which was just outside. The staff are wonderful, the rooms clean and very cozy, and the highlight was perhaps the hot chocolate we ordered at the bar. Best I've tasted! |

Great location, lovely buildings tastefully decorated, nice swimming pool and superb restaurant. Hot eggs and omlettes etc cooked to order by chef in front of you and the best breakfast I have had in any hotel in Germany. Nice room mini bar and tea and coffee making in the room FOC. Very nice bathroom with bath ! Would be nice to have English TV channels but actually not that important. |

This hotel is in a good location in the city; had a nice breakfast buffet and restaurant. However, the room was at the most of 2 star quality - the bed was extremely soft, the room smelly, the wallpaper ripped in several obvious places and furniture severely chipped and worn down. location about 10 mins from hbf the breakfast was very good even a chef to cook omlettes lots of tv channels including bbc world /cnn very ice place to stay the price a bit expensive but you get what you pay for |

The lobby area looked really neat. The rooms were pretty nice. The location was excellent. It was a bit pricey considering the fact that the rooms did not have air conditioning. The room was a little warm. |

Nice large room (25 m2). Contemporary style. Pool area (but a little cold). Breakfast had a good large selection and good quality. Beautiful square in front of the hotel. In center of Hildesheim and easy to find. To many stairs on the floors (2nd floor) - little difficult to get around with a baby-wagon. Room service does not live up to the rest of the hotel (at the price level you expect higher quality) - prefabricated pizza bottom is unacceptable at 9 euros. |

Very friendly staff, great location, superb dinner menue and selection of wines. Very rich breakfast buffet. Although I would gladly recommend this hotel, the price for the room is about 30% too high. The hotels of the same class in larger cities would be in this range. |

Restaurant und Frühstück waren O.K. Katastrophal schlechtes Zimmer (150) aus den 70er Jahren - verschlissen, Betten durchgelegen, Bad verschimmelt und abstoßend - einfach furchtbar. Vielleicht wollte man Booking.com Gäste mit solchen Zimmern bestrafen. |

Hotelli sijaitsi hienosti kaupukilomalaiselle. Aula ja ravintolatilat avautuvat tyylikäinä ja houkuttelevina. Tunnet tulevasi hienoon hotelliin. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja joustavaa vaikkain kokemus perustui tulemiseen ja lähtemiseen. Aamiainen oli mannermainen, mutta kuitenkin saksalaistyylinen, joka on minia aina viehättänyt. Hyvään hotelliin kuuluu kylpyamme ja sitä ei hotellissa ollut. Hinta Keski-eirooppalaiseksi oli kallis. Samantasoisia hotelleja saan alle sadan euron. |

De hotelkamer was prachtig. Het eten was voortreffelijk! Vriendelijke bediening. We hebben erg genoten!! Hoewel de kamer erg mooi was vinden wij het 's zomers een nadeel dat er zo'n klein raam in zit (kamer 407). Erg donker. Voor deze periode (november) is het niet erg. |
