The staff was very friendly and ready to help with any problem or question I had. I also liked the way everything looked like - simple but with good taste. The room was dotated with everything a person could need.

The room is clean and comfort and the hotel is fairly close to the center of the city. When we were trying to check in this hotel at 3:00 in the afternoon, we had to wait in front of the door of the hotel for 30 minutes until a guest, not an employee or an owner, opened the door. Our 3 years old children had to tremble with cold outside at Rostock. Even worse, since my cell phone didn't work in Germany, I desparately struggeld to find a public phone to get through to a mobile number in a note on the door. It was the most terrible experience that I've ever had in my whole travel history.

Good location in old city, close to tourist attractions and restaurants. Taxi from main train station or tram and walk 10 mins. Room and bathroom small, but clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful with satisfactory English language skills. Reasonably priced for package provided. No lift, so have to man handle luggage up stairs. No air cond, but ok with windows open at night, as in reasonably quit location. Free LAN connection for laptops, but no wi-fi, so no good for iPhones or smartphones. Not staffed for check-in. Auto key collection works fine, but very impersonal and bot customer focussed.

This is an automated hotel and for us it all worked very well. We had been given an access number before we arrived. By typing this in to a machine on the front door our room key dropped in to a box. Then inside on a desk there was a zapper for the underground car park with our name on it. We thought Rostock was a lovely old town and we had a fabulous meal overlooking the harbour at a lovely fish restaurant. The hotel is only staffed from 7-1pm which seems economical .Enjoyed our stay.

A perfect location in the centre of the Aldstadt of Rostock. An ideal hotel for proximity to the new city centre too. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Internet did not function and since there is no-one at the reception in the evenings, it was not possible to get assistance. Since WIFI was a requirement for me and part of the reason why I chose this hotel, I found this very problematic.

Beste Lage in der Altstadt, sehr zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Aufpreis, Leihservice für Fahrräder. Nette und hilfsbereite Hotelführung, alles sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Zimmer liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet, alles top.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Suite (E1), ruhige und schöne Lage in der östlichen Altstadt, gebuchter Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe In der Regel unbesetzte Rezeption (ansonsten sehr freundlich), kein WLAN, nur am ersten Tag zwei kleine Tüten mit Shampo, Frühstück übersichtlich aber für uns ausreichend

Das Hinterlegen der Schlüssel klappte Dank des Schlüsselautomaten sehr gut. Es wäre schön, wenn aus der Hotelbeschreibung hervorginge, dass die Hotelzimmer nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen sind. Das ist vorallem bei Gästen mit körperlichen Beschwerden sehr wichtig zu wissen! Wenn sie im 3. Stock wohnen und mit Gepäck ist das nicht ohne! Leider wurde wohl in unserem Zimmer von anderen Gästen geraucht. Es war ein Nichtraucherzimmer.

Ein Plus war die Zentrumsnähe,es war sauber und ordentlich.Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig besser sein(9.00 Uhr waren die Eier kalt). Das Badezimmer könnte ein wenig fuktionaler sein-die Lüftung müßte man abstellen können.Der handtuchhalter müßte durch einen Ring ersetzt werden-dadurch wird das Bad etwas geräumiger.Der Halter stört.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist in einem guten Zustand. Das Zimmer ist eher klein, hat aber alles, was notwendig ist. Wenn auch mit Aussicht auf eine rückwärtige Dachlandschaft. Im Treppenhaus ist eine schöne Kenngott-Treppe mit Marmorstufen. Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig. Der Kordelhandlauf auf der Treppe ist zwar ein Klassiker, aber nicht pflegeleicht.

Ich war nicht selbst im Hotel, sondern habe es für meine Eltern als Geschenk gebucht und sie waren begeistert. Die Lage des Hotels ist prima, um einen Bummel durch die Altstadt oder zum Stadthafen zu machen. Auch vom Zimmer selbst und dem Frühstück waren sie sehr angetan.

+Servicepersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend + Tolle Lage inmitten der Altstadt + Reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot (für die Größe des Hotels mehr als angemessen) - Keine Rund-um-die-Uhr- Rezeption, dafür Bookingsystem mit Eingabe eines Codes (Eingabe verzögerte sich, da Code erst nach mehreren Tippversuchen angenommen wurde)
