My stay at the hotel was comfortable. The location is very central, near the main train station and within walking distance to the pedestrian zone (Marienplatz). The room was very clean and bed was comfortable and in-room wifi was available. The hotel is attached to an Italian restaurant, which I found to be a plus because that offered room service and a late-night dining opportunity (very useful for a business traveler). The flat screen television mounted on the wall and small balcony were also nice to have. All-in-all this is a very reasonable budget option for visiting Munich. The condition of the paint in the hallways and on the doors (lots of key scratches and rubbed-away paint) gave a run-down impression. This went away upon entering the room and finding very comfortable accommodations. |

The staff was ridiculously nice and the hotel was very clean, nicely appointed, and centrally located within walking distance of many of Munich's downtown attractions. |

Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Staff friendly and helpful, spoke excellent English if they couldnt understand my German. Room clean. Wi-fi a bonus. Breakfast very good. Loved the coffee, they will make expresso or cappucino if you like. Enjoyed our stay in Munich! |

The room was really clean and comfortable. Picked this hotel for location for Oktoberfest and it was fantastic. Close 10ish minute walk to the grounds and less than 5 mins from central train station. I would stay here again for Oktoberfest. No airconditioning but was aware of this from reviews. You can request fans for the rooms so not really a problem. |

Friendly, helpful service from the staff. There was also a very nice breakfast buffet. For the prices, there should be some sort of fan or air conditioning system. |

The localization is quite good, mainly if you arrive by train. The staff is very kind and helpfull, and speak english. The breakfest could be better, but still good. The wi-fi signal could be better, but works in the bedrooms (I had low signal at third floor). If it is your firt time im munich, I recommend this hotel for its hospitallity. The hotel is quite good, but could be cheaper (maybe because of Oktoberfest the tafiff has raised). |

Friendly helpful staff. Easy walking from main railway station and car rental garage for car rental pickup is just across the street!. Front rooms were very noisy and we couldn't be moved until second night. There was no AC so it was stuffy.Rooms at the back were overlooking a courtyard so we could leave windows open. Munich doesn't often have 28 degrees! |

very frindly staff,changed the apartment upon our request from 'street view' to 'yard view',because we did not like street noise at night,very good service in the restaurant Vi Vadi; overall impression as if we lived in a private apartment of our friends |

The location was very good, within walking distance to the city center. The room was quite nice and the kitchenette was useful. The breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was good. The stuff was nice and helpful. |

V Clean, Friendly helpful staff. Rooms cleaned daily to very high standard. Breakfast v good as much as you could eat! Room big with cooking facilities and shower. Free wi-fi and family/pet friendly. Location is v good - 5 mins walk to Central Train Station and 10 mins to city centre. Rooms not air conditioned so quite hot at night (August) - although staff supplied fans. Front Street facing rooms noisy from traffic if windows opened |

The hotel is in perfect location for the city. Easy to walk a few streets and you are in the middle of the city centre. it is literally 2 mins to the main train station which allows for day trips outside of Munich and it is also here that the guided tours leave from also. The train from the airport stops here also. Really could not get a better location. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite.The room was a good size and included a kitchen also which was a great addition. Supermarkets very close to stock up on supplies. Good continental breakfast. There really was nothing that we did not like about the hotel. |

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was decent. The location was good. The internet was broken. The elevator was always busy. The hotel had no aircon and if you opened the window the noise was loud. |
