Heating not working, no slippers,no cotton bud, no shower cap...nothing is available for a comfortable stay.
Great location, wonderful apartment.
Wifi coverage not great in our corner apartment. Apartment well maintained but hallways looked abused. 'Lounge' near the entrance was basically a hallway with a TV.
-Excellent sleep and breakfast -Friendly staff -Open 24 hours -Nice location -Kitchenette -Large and clean bathroom -Quiet hotel
We were surprised when we arrived finding we had a staircase inside the room. It was very spacious, very bright and very nice. Also it was well equipped with self catering stuff. Very nice! And the restaurant next door was amazing. Great value for money and a pleasant stay indeed.
Short walk to and from the main railway station. Minutes into the town centre. Very helpful staff. Attached restaurant good value.
It was quite hot so we opened the window and then the traffic noise was noticable - but not a problem.
The hotel was located near the train station which is good, however it's quite away from all the attractions and in a bit of a dodgy area. The restaurant next door was absolutely beautiful, and the boy at reception was very helpful.
Rooms were old and out dated, shower was broken, poor location for attraction, dodgy area, wifi doesn't work! Very very very overpriced
Location, breakfast, value for money
The building has a poor aspect, a little bit depressing, added to the Munich weather
Location. Fully equipped kitchen. Good WiFi and range of TV chanells.
The hotel needs renovation as some parts of the room we're old and damaged. The room had an unpleasant smell. In fact some parts of the hotel are beeing renovated so hopefully above mentioned will change.
Big room, recently updates with kitchenette but small bathroom. Good for one night stay Close to train station
A fair walk to the center of town and shops/restaurants. Definitely older style place. No Aircon in the room and it gets pretty stuffy. Then it's very noisy when you open the windows, especially with other people getting home late and then talking loudly in the rooms with their windows open. It echoes. That was really the only problem
This hotel has got a very good location. It's near from U-bahn, Hauptbahnhof and the city centre. There is a lot of shops there. It's clean, calm place. At first we had got some problem with payment for the room's kitchen. It costs 5 euro per day. But the room that we had chosen from booking hadn't got the description about this. And it was the main reason why we had chosen this type room. It was comfort room. The hotel's staff agreed with us and they allowed to use the kitchen without payment. The hotel is under repair. There is a washing mashin in the hotel for additional payment. It's very comfortable especially if you travel with a small child.
The hotel is under repair. It is not enough description about payment for the kitchen on booking .
Despite initially needing reminding that we'd requested a twin room (not a double), the staff were always lovely and helpful. Good to have kitchen facilities available. WiFi without dumb logins and tricks to get you to pay more. Decor not so modern but actually fine. Great value.
The shower head kept slipping down the pole but once called about it (as an FYI as we could still use it anyway), they fixed it the next day.
位置、员工、清洁、设施 3 minutes to the train station. The reception is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. Wifi works well.
location, kitchenette, reasonable comfort and price
very weak Wi-Fi on the third floor
I was staying in Munich for only one night. The property is right next to the main train station which is was very convenient for me. For my purposes, and the price, this was a good place to stay. If I were staying in Munich longer, I would probably look for a place in an area with a little more character than train station area.
Excelent. Ample comfortable room, use of kitchen, closeness to main rail station, buses, trams and U-bahn and within walking distance of city centre.
very good location ,the room is very nice, and a man stuff was very helpful.
loved the split level and that I could have my pet.
the closeness of the kitchen table with the couch when it is layed out into an additional bed.
Great location, good value for money. Nice rooms. Everything you need in walking distance.
Needed a few more pillows and maids woke us every morning accidentally coming in. Walls could do with a lick of paint.
-staff is frendly and speaks English -comfortable bed -parking in front of the hotel
-corridor is slightly dirty
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I was put on the 5th floor, looked like a construction zone with paper and paint supplies everywhere, no carpet, truly looked as if I was walking into a construction zone. I was shocked!!

Location was a bit dicey
Location is central, and easy, pleasant 10 minute walk to downtown.
Hotel is extremely dated and run-down. The entrance, hallways, and reception were quite dirty. The room was also a disappointment, and nothing like displayed in photographs.
Nice hotel in the center of the Munich. My second stay and again everything was good. You can park your car on the street in the evenings for free. The room size is very good. Can't recommend more.
The hotel has no breakfast area but the italian restaurant next to it offers breakfast for the hotel guests and costs 10 € p.p. Don't take it if you are not in rush.
Clean, comfortable, relaxed, good restaurant downstairs for breakfast
It was quite warm in summer on the upper floors. Perhaps a fan or air-conditioning would has made it more comfortable.
