中央駅に近いのが本当によかったです。スタッフの対応も気持がよく、またチェックインやチェックアウトも待- ち時間もなくスムーズ。アパートタイプ（メゾネットタイプ）なので、キッチンも使え、また小学生の子供たち- は階段や２階を使って楽しんでいたようです。値段も安価で大満足です。 朝食が８時からのため、朝早いツアーに参加した時は朝食を取れず、中央駅のファーストフードで食事を取らな- ければならなかったのが少し困った。大人２人、小学生低学年２人で泊まったが、ベッドが２階にシングル２台- 、１階にソファーベッド１台（ダブル？）だったので、子供たちはソファーベッドで寝た。我が家は問題無かっ- たが、大人４人での宿泊は少しベッドがキツイと思われる。 |

ミュンヘン中央駅に近く、交通の便は非常に良い。宿泊した部屋には、キッチンも装備されており居住性も良い- 、また、道路に面した部屋だったが、騒音もなかった。 |

若いスタッフがみんな親切で、安いスーパーなどを教えてくれ、受付のLANケーブルも快く使わせてくれまし- た。宿泊数が多くなるほど割安になるようで、キッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジなどもあり、連泊には大変便利で- した。ドイツ料理に飽きたら、ここのイタリア料理は安くて、おいしく、残った分はホテル持ち帰りにもしてく- れ、お薦めです。 バスルームが狭いことや、朝食メニューが少ないことは、この価格ならやむを得ないと思います。朝食の青リン- ゴジュースが気に入りました。 |

家族でMaisonette-Suiteに宿泊しました。とっても広く、清潔で、快適に過ごせました。スタッフも方も親切で良かったです- 。駅にも近く、便利でした。 朝食が隣のレストランだったのですが、大変混雑していて、席が無く、暫く待たされたのですが、料理が１０時- きっかりに片付けられてしまい、充分取れなかったのが残念です。 |

禁煙・喫煙別の部屋のようです。小さなキッチンがついており，コンドミニアム風・ビジネスホテル風な部屋で- す。隣にあるイタリアンレストランでの朝食となります。周囲は静かですが，ただ，ビルの中の数階を借りての- ホテル経営ですので，いわゆる住民も同じエレベータを使用します。ちょうど，2009年１月に泊まったので- すが，部屋のベッドを新しいものと入れ替えていました。 |

Very good hotel, close to town and pretty much opposite the train station for those late night munchies. the reception staff were really friendly and the restaurant next door is fab! |

The Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the location was excellent. The breakfast was also very good...eggs, a selection of cold cheeses and meats, fruit, and yogurt. It was a short 3-5 minute walk to the main train station and about the same disance to the nearest grocery store. I loved this hotel and would definitley recommend it! |

We liked the clean modern room and the addition of the kitchenette. The Italian restaurant next door was very convenient and the food and prices were excellent. Close to main train station and walkable distance to shopping area. |

Very convenient location near main shopping area and 5 mins from station. Staff very helpful and cheerful. If I stay in Munich again I would definately stay here again. No air-conditioning and in summer would be very noisy if you have a room on the front with the window open due to traffic noise. |

Free WLAN, in-room kitchen, & a great breakfast! Naturally, the bathroom is small, but it is fine for one person...two people might find it too tight. |

The stafff was very helpful & great!!! The only thing that was a bother was that the house cleaning service was very persistant on cleaning the room early in the morning. They would keep knocking on the door even after you told them you were ok for the day!!! This would not stop me from stayin there again though. |

My stay at the hotel was comfortable. The location is very central, near the main train station and within walking distance to the pedestrian zone (Marienplatz). The room was very clean and bed was comfortable and in-room wifi was available. The hotel is attached to an Italian restaurant, which I found to be a plus because that offered room service and a late-night dining opportunity (very useful for a business traveler). The flat screen television mounted on the wall and small balcony were also nice to have. All-in-all this is a very reasonable budget option for visiting Munich. The condition of the paint in the hallways and on the doors (lots of key scratches and rubbed-away paint) gave a run-down impression. This went away upon entering the room and finding very comfortable accommodations. |

Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Staff friendly and helpful, spoke excellent English if they couldnt understand my German. Room clean. Wi-fi a bonus. Breakfast very good. Loved the coffee, they will make expresso or cappucino if you like. Enjoyed our stay in Munich! |

The room was really clean and comfortable. Picked this hotel for location for Oktoberfest and it was fantastic. Close 10ish minute walk to the grounds and less than 5 mins from central train station. I would stay here again for Oktoberfest. No airconditioning but was aware of this from reviews. You can request fans for the rooms so not really a problem. |
