The hotel is just near a busy road and train. The noise in the room is very loud. I complained and the hotel answered that for a higher price I could get a better room. Should not every hotel have quit rooms? as you sleep there. This hotel is absolutly a minus 4 star Hotel. Don't go there !!!!

The staff were friendly and atttentive. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Stains on the communal area carpets and mildew stains on the parasols suggested a need for a cash injection to restore what is potentially a very nice hotel. During our stay the ambient temperature was in excess of 25 degrees C' which made the stay uncomfortable due to the absence of air conditioning in the communal areas and the room

We liked the setting, the parking, the decor and furnishings, the helpful and pleasant staff but to ensure a comfortable and peaceful sleep, you need to request a room with air con facing the park at the back of the hotel

We were initially alocated a room with no air con and had to pay extra to upgrade to room with air con. The road and railway running along the front of the hotel are noisy and intrusive throughout the night

Even with arrival at 02:30 the staff was very friendly. Very nice room and one of the best breakfasts I had in a hotel!

Polite helpfull receptionist on arrival. Clean Room.

Small shower. Service poor for dinner which was Valentines night.

Cit am stat acolo in perioada 12 -15.10.2009 am facut frigul.In alte hoteluri personalul te informeaza despre eventuale imbunatatiri moderne in ceea ce priveste comfortul in camera.Este pre mare taxa/camera si nici macar un mic dejun in acest pret. Telecomanda poate actiona foarte usor filmele cu plata ceea ce duce la plata unor taxe eronate de catre turist.Este foarte facil pentru un copil sa poata accesa filme cu plata din neestiinta. Schimbati metoda de accesare.Personal eu am vrut sa inchid tv-ul si fiind adormit am apasat din greseala acele posturi care mau determinat sa platesc 15 Euro degeaba . As fi dat mai usor acesti bani in scop caritabil decit 1-2 minute pe aceasta eroare.Personal nu ma incantat acest hotel. Pacat de zona.

La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et bien insonorisée (vue sur le parc franco-allemand appréciable), le buffet du petit déjeuner était copieux et diversifié (lard grillé, omelette, saumon fumé, fromages, légumes crus, viennoiseries, jus de fruits frais,...), la localisation de l'hôtel est appréciable (10 min du centre de Saarbrücken), possibilité de se garer gratuitement (parking en face de l'hôtel).

Le menu du dîner aux chandelles inclus dans notre formule était fort simple (entrée : jambon cru - salade), le personnel ne parle pas français, la température de la cabine de hammam était brûlante, notre chambre n'a pas été faites alors que nous sommes restés 2 nuits.

Personal ist bemüht sich höflich und weltoffen zu geben, die Zimmer sind gross jedoch nicht optimal eingerichtet:Ferseher in der Mitte des Zimmers

Es gab freie Zimmer mit Blick zum See jedoch wurden wir mit einem Zimmer direkt an einer Verkehrsader (plus Eisenbahn hin bedacht, welches nicht genug schallisoliert war.

La bellezza della stanza, la qualità della colazione, la pulizia, l'efficienza... tutto quanto!

Zimmer auf der Parkseite sehr sehr ruhig. Sehr nettes Personal

Hatte zuerst ein Zimmer zur Strasse, nicht auszuhalten, für zehn Euro mehr bekommt man sehr viel ruhe im Zimmer zur Parkseite.

L'hôtel donne sur le jardin franco-allemand qui est un vaste espace vert avec un etang. Calme et reposant pour un séjour en famille.

Pas de clim dans les chambres, Films à la demande ne marchaient pas.
