A telephonist that denied our presence in the hotel on six occasions and was unpleasant to the caller. The dirty walls which makes even a cleaned room look dirty. |

Enviroment, breakfast, we had room on the quiet side I made reservation for the room with two Queen Size beds, by the Wikipedia (160 × 200 cm), only normal beds are available in the hotel, we had to take extra bed for our son |

Upgraded to Junior Suite! Rooms were large and bed very comfortable. The buffet breakfast included in price of room had a large variety of food and friendly staff! |

De nabijheid van het Duits-Franse Natuurpark. Zeer ontevreden over het verblijf in de Kamer. Lawaai en Nachtlawaai op de kamers aan de voorzijde. Eveneens geen afdoende verduisetering mogelijk. Kapotte luiken. Moet dringend dubbele beraming komen. Na een vermoeiende reis van ca.450 km wil men genieten van een goede nachtrust.Daar dient een Slaapkamer toch voor, of niet??? |

Het hotel licht ver van het centrum de bus verbinding is een maal per uur De nacht rust is een probleem omdat het hotel aan de spoorbaan ligt en het trijn verkeer gaat dag en nacht door. Tevens ligt het hotel aan een doorgaande weg met veel verkeer. Dit hadden wij niet verwacht |
