Good located - on the hill with Mosel river view. Staff welcome you from the door and they take care of you from the beginning. When boy takes your luggage, you can sit in the bar. Room is not very large, however full equipped. Two mini-bars (ambient and cooled) with really good wines. A few minutes after my arrival to the room, a lady from service came to check if everything is ok. SPA is not to large during a winter (only indoor part is open), but there are still three different saunas, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Restaurant was nice. Wide choose of wines, local dishes. For a breakfast also.

Nice location with very good comfort. Uppon arrival we where NOT informed that the Gourmet restarant was booked for a private arrangement. This came as a very unpleasant surprise when alternatives was few.

Хорошее место для поездки на уик-энд, все на территории отеля: СПА, казино, отличная кухня. Много приятных мелочей - презентов от отеля. В известный ресторан отеля бронировать столик нужно ооочень задолго до заезда.

Het onthaal ,de kamers,de netheid van het hotel en vooral de vriendelijk- en gedienstigheid van het personeel. Het ontbijt en de maaltijden zijn uitstekend. Dit hotel valt prijs-kwaliteit enorm mee. De parkeergelegenheid is niet optimaal Tijdens ons verblijf veel huisdieren.

Auf dem Weg in den Urlaub haben wir dort übernachtet. Alles an diesem Wochenende war fantastisch, von der Begrüßung trotz unserer viel zu frühen Anreise bis zur Abreise perfekt. Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter, flexibler, persönlicher Service ohne Snobismus oder perfektionistische Kühle. Frühstück hervorragend, Christian Baus Gourmetrestaurant ein unglaubliches Erlebnis. Wir kommen wieder.
