good service, clean noisy neighbors in the next room, dog barking in the next room, no English channels on the tv. Sauna was not working in the hotel

There were many wonderful trails to walk and the scenery was beautiful even while raining. Dining room was always too crowded and the staff did not always respond to us even wehn they saw us sitting and waiting for service.

Centrale ligging,waardoor goed uitgangspunt voor aututrips in zowel Beieren als Oostenrijk en Tsjechië. Gehorigheid kamers en te kleine ruimte voor ontbijt/diner.

プールが充実しているし、子どもも遊び場もあって、楽しく過ごせました。部屋や設備も清潔で快適でした。レ- ストランのテラスでは広い草原を見渡せてきもちが良かったです。 特になし。

Hotel ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Zimmer zwar nicht auf dem neuestem Stand, aber sauber und mit sehr schön ausgestatteter Dusche. Ganz gut gefallen hat uns der direkte Zugang zum Karolibad, wo es viel Platz zum Schwimmen gab. Das Restaurant war von der Ausstattung her sehr ansprechend, auch Frühstück und Abendessen waren in Ordnung. Dieses Hotel ist ein Paradies für Kinder und bietet viel Freiraum für alle möglichen Aktivitäten. Wen allerdings Kinderlärm beim Essen stört ist hier fehl am Platz. Facit: Das Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Da es einen direkten Zugang zu einem Schwimmbad hatte, konnte man nur im Bademantel hinein. Die Lage des Hotels ist auf dem Berg der Ortschaft und daher sehr ruhig zum Erholen mit viel Natur hinter dem Haus. Die Aussicht ist auch in die Natur und nicht auf eine Strasse.

- příjemné prostředí - ochotný personál - vydatné snídaně - nedaleko hranic s ČR - balkon na pokoji - propojení hotelu s bazénem a lázněmi (v županu přímo z hotelu přístup do lázní) Chladněji na chodbách hotelu.

Die Gastfreundschaft Das Hotel ist für Kinderwägen und Rollstühle sehr ungeeignet; die verschiedenen Häuser sind nur über Treppen miteinander verbunden, es gibt keine Fahrstühle.

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden, die Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt, ein absolut stimmiges Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Manche im Vorfeld gelesene Kritik anderer Gäste empfinde ich mit dem Hintergrund eigener Erfahrung als kleinlich und übertrieben. Ich würde zumindest eine wechselnde Tageskarte im Restaurant angenehm finden. Das Essen war zwar gut und reichhaltig - aber ein Wechsel der Tageskarte fand trotz Wochenwechsels nicht statt.

Schönes Hotel mit viel Komfort, sehr sauber und mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterinnen, die darüber hinaus einen wunderschönen Dialekt sprechen. Das angrenzende Schwimmbad ist super !

Übergang zur Therme direkt vom Hotel ist sehr praktisch. Die Lage ist super als Ausgang für Wanderungen. Der Ort ist sehr gemütlich, nicht groß und nicht zu klein. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und herzlich.

Ein angrenzendes Schwimmbad steht zur kostenpflichtigen Benutzung zur Verfügung.Die Ruhe und die schöne Umgebung, Das Zimmer hatte einen kleinen schönen Balkon. Das Essen ließ leider sehr zu wünschen übrig (zähe kaum genießbare Lammkottlets in meinem Falle obwohl diese als empfehlung des Hauses in der Karte standen)

красивое место, вполне комфортно, хороший завтрак, проблем с заселением или оплатой не было. жили в семейном номере на 4х человек - хорошие кровати и постельное белье, номер двухкомнатный, с балконом, чистый, остались довольны. почему-то была уверенность, что посещение миниаквапарка входит в стоимость номера:) на деле оказалось, что надо доплачивать, хотя и немного...со скидками на семью из 4х человек (двое детей) доплатили около 10 евро...

Zeer ruime kamers, in NL zou de familiekamer een suite geweest zijn. Ruim aanbod van speeltoestellen voor de kinderen, rustige ligging naast kurort. Geen kritiek, maar er waren veel oudere gasten. Je volet je dan al gauw bezwaard als kinderen wat uitgelaten zijn....
