Position close to motorway and very clean. Staff is not so friendly. Not possible to have breakfast before at 7 A.M.

Staff - horrible Breakfast - horrible Wifi - You have to pay money for wifi which we couldn't get reception for in our room. We had to sit down the hall to get any form of reception and even then it kept cutting out. Pathetic. When we tried to explain this to the person at the front desk, their okay english during every other conversation seemed to escape them. DO NOT STAY HERE

Bitte entsorgen sie die "Fittnesgeräte"!!!! Bitte stellen Sie die Fernsehsender ein, jeder zweite flimmert!!!! Wenn sie schon WLAN anbieten und dann auch noch eine Gebühr dafür verlangen, dann sollte es aber auch funktionieren!!!!

Wurden trotz leichter Verspätung sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten kurz vor Küchenschluss am Anreisetag sogar noch ein super Abendessen genießen. Hotel war als Stützpunkt für Ausflüge zu "Bamberg zaubert" ausgewählt und - entgegen allen anderen betrachteten Hotels - trotz dieses Mega-Events sehr günstig. Der in anderen Bewertungen oftmals kritisierten Frühstücksauswahl können wir uns nicht anschließen, es war alles vorhanden und auch geschmacklich hervorragend. Auch die Nähe zum Bahnhof (ca. 10 Gehminuten) ist von Vorteil, damit hat man trotz der Lage eine gute Verbindung nach Bamberg. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wenn überhaupt können wir nur - was wir auch bereits vor Ort erwähnt haben - die relativ knapp bemessenen Zeiten für Frühstück (auch Sa./So. nur bis 09.30 Uhr) und Zimmerräumung (bis 10.30 Uhr) erwähnen, das ist - speziell für das Wochenende etwas ungewöhnlich, da man gerade hier mal gerne länger unterwegs ist und etwas länger schlafen möchte.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Bamberg ist sehr gut zu erreichen.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotel war o.k. Vom Frühstück waren wir enttäuscht. Zutaten wurden nur nach Anfrage aufgelegt. Sah alles sehr sparsam aus..
