Friendly staff. They even opened up the breakfast room early for me 06.20 on Sunday morning as I had a train to catch. |

I really liked the breakfast and the branch.They were really good and well served.Also I like the design of this hotel.It is quite comfortable. Not comfortable to get to it from the railway station or by the public transport. |

I booked a 'comfort room" and because of that name I expected to have a bath. But unfortunately, there was only a shower. |

spacious room, real comfort, free safe deposit box. Bus station is in front of hitel. Near hotel is lovely Greek tavern where you can eat for fer price. I payed for the bedroom with my credit card before I arrived and before I left the hotel I gave 20 euros in cash for two days of parking. I dont know why, but their staff used my credit card before I check-out of hotel without asking me first, so they charged me for parking twice. Hotel parking cost 10 euros even if it is half-empty and that neighbourhood is out of city center zone. It should be free for hotel guests. Hotel is not near the city center, it takes about 15 minutes by bus. |

We had a very good price; for this price normally you cannot get this quality. The hotel is in a calm area, which is easily reachable by public transport. Breakfast was too expensive. |

Das Bad (bzw. Dusche) war sehr eng, von der Dusche mußte man bei der Toilette vorbei, abtrocknen war kaum möglich. Für ein Deluxe Zimmer zu klein! Allgemein würde ich es weiterempfehlen, jedoch mit dem Hinweis, dass wir nur ein Minibad hatten. Weiters ist die öffneltiche Verbindung nur tagsüber gut, die Strasssenbahn fährt nur bis 21.00 Uhr. Der Bus fährt auch nur bis 22.30 Uhr. Das ist meiner Meinung nach zu kurz. Es sollte bei der Hotelbeschreibung auf jeden Fall hingewiesen werden! |

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage und der Preis sind positiv zu bemerken. Die Zimmer (insbesondere das Badezimmer) sind für 4 Sterne definitiv zu klein. Es gibt keine Doppelbetten (nur zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten). |

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter Mitarbeiter haben im Büro neben der Rezeption geraucht, woraufhin die ganze Lobby danach roch. |

Zentral gelegen - Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür - dafür aber auch laut. Das man auch für Kinder den vollen Preis (16€) für das Frühstück bezahlt. Die Bedienung im Restaurant war unaufmerksam. Im Zimmer waren Flecken im Teppich - sollte bei einem 4 Sterne-Hotel nicht sein. |

Sehr nettes Hotel in citynaher Lage. Gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Doppelzimmer sehr komfortabel (Junior Suite). Duschraum etwas klein. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundlicher Service. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. |
