It catered for our 2 families very well. It was easy to locate and the staff were very welcoming and very helpful. The location is excellent for transport into the old town. The hotel is a 10 minute tram ride from the centre but it was relaxing into the centre and then returning to a quieter location which had all the facilitlies that you needed. We would return to this beautiful city and welcoming hotel.

Very clean, comfortable and pleasure place! Professional service. Realy expensive breakfest (16 euros per person) and hotelparking (11 euros per night) is not included in the price.

In all respects a very good "mid-market" hotel. Excellent value for money via "Booking.com". WiFi didn't work. Since this is the case in ca. 60% of all hotels it's hardly a negative point.

Geweldig vriendelijk personeel. Zowel aan de receptie als in het restaurant / bar!! Hotel heeft binnen een luxe uitstraling! Luxe meubilair in lobby en lounge. Kamer keurig, schoon, redelijk ruim, badkamer klein maar voldoende. Fantastisch dat je in het hotel een dagticket voor OV koopt (€7,00 voor een familieticket) waarmee je de gehele dag door heel Dresden heen kunt reizen, ideaal voor een stedentrip. Bus en tram stoppen voor de deur! Afstand richting "altstad" slechts 7 minuten met de tram. Absolute aanrader!

Отличный отель высокого уровня обслуживания. Номер - достоин похвал. Персонал - также. Рекомендую. Дорогие завтраки, но уровень ресторана и обслуживание высокого качества.

Удобное расположение, около отеля есть остановка трамвая, до центра 10 минут езды. Номер отличный, есть все необходимое, даже утюг и гладильная доска, красивый дизайн. Цена приятно удивила. Все очень понравилось, всем рекомендую этот отель

- Minibar: wurde jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt (Wasser, Orangensaft, Apfelsaft, Cola, Bier), alles im Preis inbegriffen - Sauna, Fitnessraum - Matrazen (sehr angenehm) - Ruheraum der Sauna und Fitnessraum waren nicht voneinander getrennt

Отличный номер, все есть.сейф, плазма, минибар (бесплатно), фен. удачное расположение, недалеко от центра, рядом есть парковка, рядом автобусы\трамваи. В пяти минутах красивая церковь и парк. в отеле очень тихо. персонал на высоте. Отель рекомендую! Из минусов - высокие цены на завтрак - 16 евро и обед - 23 евро, в городе можно поесть дешевле.

La zona tranquilla, ma allo stesso tempo efficientemente collegata con il centro città. Bagno piccolo. Personale che non sapeva con certezza se la camera era stata già pagata (la prenotazione era stata realizzata con pagamento anticipato) o meno.

отель расположен достаточно далеко и не очень удобно, хотя трамвай (№9) останавливается прямо перед входом. несмотря на то, что отель сетевой, дормеро, например в ганновере на порядок лучше.

Sehr schönes Hotel, welches gut geführt und eingerichtet ist. Auf meinem großen, sehr schönen und sauberen Zimmer war ein 100cm riesen HD TV, der mir die Tage mit schlechtem Wetter versüsst hat! Die Mini-Bar war im Preis inkl...!!! Liegt etwas ausserhalb der Innenstadt, aber mit Bus und Strassenbahn, die ishc direkt vor der Tür befinden - innerhalb von 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen.

sehr nette engagierte Mitarbeiter, die auf jede Frage eine ausgezeichnete hilfreiche Antwort wissen Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, sehr sauber und Details wie Duschgel sind liebevoll ausgewählt kostenfreie Auswahl von Getränken in der Minibar ist ein zusätzlicher Plus-Punkt nur das Frühstücksangebot sollte eventuell ein wenig erweitert werden - z.B. könnte man ja neben dem American Breakfast auch ein kleines Frühstück anbieten (wir frühstücken z.B. lieber etwas weniger)

Zimmer waren angenehm groß. Gleich gegenüber gibt es ein ausgezeichnetes asiatisches Lokal sowie eine nette Bäckerei. Die Lage in der Villengegend ist sehr schön. Den Preis für das Frühstücksbuffet finde ich zu hoch, da ich in der Früh nur ine Kleinigkeit essen möchte. Der Fitnessbereich ist etwas klein.

Das schöne Haus, der sehr beeindruckende Ballsaal, die hübsche und ruhige Lage am Wasaplatz. Altbackene und beliebige Inneneinrichtung des Zimmers und des ganzen Hauses. Wellness-Bereich beengt und billig eingerichtet. Nachmittags kein Angebot für Kaffee und Kuchen, Frühstück überteuert. Personal zwar freundlich, aber wenig kompetent.
