Everything. The suite was lovely, breakfast delicious and the staff more than helpful. Would definately stay here again. I can't think of anything negative to say about this place, there were some comments about its distance from the city centre. Actually it is closely situated to the tramline and only takes ten minutes to get into the centre.

The square footage of the suite was superb. The staff were both helpful and professional at all times. We booked breakfast for our three night stay, the food choice and quality were excellent. I will be booking again next year.

A unique old Building, with famous rooms, a warm spirit and a sensational breakfast I haven’t seen often before. All rooms very large – starts at 40m2 – excellent value for my money! I come again!

Got a great room on a deal! The room was a suite, and had an old-age charm to it. Well located, and free parking in the streets, so costs were low. Service was very good too, with the reception offering to help with information regarding sights nearby!

The suite - where you can spread out and enjoy each the trip. The staff was remarkable and amazing!!! This is a wonderful place to stay and I would definately stay there again many many times! The only thing I was surprised at was no air conditioning -but it worked out well with supplying fans etc. Also, the garage was very very narrow.

The size of the rooms and most of the breakfast. The garden - and hotel - practically deserted at the weekend. Very quiet residential location. The cooked part of the breakfast was a bit disappointing. It had been cooked right at the beginning of the breakfast and just left standing, untouched by most people. Also, we went out at 10 one morning, having left the 'please make up my room' sign on the door handle and the room hadn't been cleaned when we returned at 3.30. We went to the garden and returned at 5, by which time the room had been cleaned.

Room is nice; large, luxury, good view. Easy access to downtown or Messe by trams. Free coffee. One should find a restaurant for dinner. I dropped by an nearest Itallian restaurant, but it was below my expectations.

Enormous rooms with great character. Helpful and enthusiastic staff Room prices were escalated because of both a business convention and the Eurovision Song Contest. This is not unusual, however we booked 4 rooms whereas 2 would easily have been sufficient given the sizes.

This is a very nice and charming hotel with the best breakfast facilities I've ever seen. Quiet area, no noise from outside or from other rooms. Friendly staff. The bar is In a small room in the basement. Not very cosy.

We reserved a suite, which was very very large. The sitting area was as large as any German living room I've ever seen and the bed area was seperated by the generous bathroom with a large tub...Very nice! The floors were 'creaky' with each step, which made it a challenge to get our baby to sleep at night. Parents travelling with light sleepers should be ware!

The Suites are large and airy and the breakfast is very good with lots of choice. Shame they do not have an evening restaurant - buying in Pizza or Sushi is not the best.The staff are very helpful and professional and speak very good English.The hotel is not in Dusseldorf however a taxi ride costing less than 10 Euro sorts this. Nice and quiet too...

Location not far from the city center. 10€ by taxi. Lot of choice at the breakfast table. Spacious rooms. Lack of climate control and creacing floor boards. Bed too soft.Why have stove when there is no kitchen instruments what so ever?
