We stayed in this hotel before. The value for your money is great. The suites are spacious and luxury. The staff is very polite. Our compliments to the night receptionist, who was so kind to get us Haribo from downstairs - this hotel always supplies lot's of free sweets and pastry to welcome their guest. We won't go to another hotel when in Duesseldorf. |

Size of suites, furnishings, location and the small personal touches like having the TV program open for the right day:) Just a minor thing, Tea/Coffee bags were not filled up in one of our suites and there were still some crumbs on the carpet |

This is a very nice hotel, run by very nice people. The room we had was huge, split on two levels with 20 foot ceilings. My only regret is that we only stayed one night. The breakfast is a bit pricy at 19 euros per person, but it may well be the best breakfast in Germany. |

The large well furnished rooms and grounds. The location is on the outskirts of Dusseldorf city and if you want to visit the main shopping area or Altstadt, its either a taxi or tram journey. |

The room was incredbly spacious, and offered everything we could have wanted from bathrobes to drinks and snacks. The view was gorgeous and there were many windows for fresh air. The shower had a broken piece to it, which prevented the shower head from being held up independently of us holding it, so that was a drag. It would have been nice to have a full queen size bed instead of two twin beds together. |

Dieses Hotel war genial!! Es wurden alle Details zum Wohlfühlen genauestens beachtet. Sehr angenehme Inneneinrichtung des Zimmers, mit super grossen Zimmern+ Duplex!! Sehr vornehm. Der Sauna-u. Fitnessbereich auch sehr gepflegt. Personal exzellent, da uns auch noch um 22.00 die Sauna aufgeheizt wurde! Wenn möglich, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! |

Sehr schöne grosse Zimmer, nicht direkt im Zentrum aber mit sehr guter Strassenbahnanbindung, Süsses und Obst am Empfang, freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, imposantes Gebäude, Dachterrasse, u.v.m.... An diesem Hotel hat uns nichts nicht gefallen...:-) |

Dieses Hotel hat Charme! Neben dem sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal gibt es in diesem Hotel einfach Platz. Wer die engen (Normalo-)Hotelzimmer satt hat, hat hier den Haupttreffer gezogen. Absolut ideal, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Mit herrlichem Blick auf den Innengarten. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wenn wir nach Düsseldorf zurück kommen, werden wir in der Villa Viktoria absteigen. Vielen Dank! Hier und da ein wenig abgenutzte Möbel geben dem ganzen aber auch seinen eigenen Charme. |

Prettige ontvangst en de rustige omgeving. De kamers zijn gerieflijk ingericht met twee fauteuils en een bank. De bedden zijn super. Enig minpunt zou kunnen zijn het ontbreken van airco, vooral bij warme dagen. Men stond echter direct klaar met een tweede ventilator. Het ontbijt was grote klasse, maar de prijs is er ook naar. |
