Our room was spacious and very clean, looking out to the rooftops of Thale and the mountains. We ate at the restaurant in Villa Alice twice for dinner and the food was very good, the service was great as well. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are a couple of other restaurants close by to go to for a change as well. The Bortedal is a very short drive from Villa Alice and should not be missed, it's beautiful. There is no elevator in this hotel which was fine with us, but something to be aware of.

Comfortable room. Spectacular mountain surroundings. Excellent value restaurant and breakfast choice. Friendly staff. Easy to reach walks and facilities. Off road parking

Super nettes Personal, sehr bemüht, freundlich, hilfreich und nett. Das Bad war sehr klein und die im Restaurant servierte "Madagaskar- Pfeffersauce" erwies sich als angerührte Maggi Sauce mit Pfefferkönnern.

Sehr große Zimmer mit schöner Ausstattung, da fühlt man sich sofort frei und die Entspannung beginnt. Sehr gutes Frühstück und am Abend eine exzellente Küche; was will man mehr? Freundliches Personal.

Das Personal war nett und sehr bemüht. Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet.Frühstück u.Abendessen sind voll zu empfehlen. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und nur mäßig warm zu bekommen.

Das war schon mein 2. Besuch in der Villa Alice. Angenehmer Service, gutes Essen familenfreundliches Hotel im alten Stil, typisch für den Harz.

Die Freundlichkeit war einfach klasse. Ich habe selten erlebt, daß in einem Hotel so individuell auf jeden Gast eingegangen wird. Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Besonders hat mir gefallen, daß das Haus im ursprünglichen Stil der Villa erhalten geblieben und sehr gepflegt ist. Vom Standort des Hotels kann man sehr viele Unternehmungen starten. Wunderbare Wanderwege, der Hexentanzplatz und die Rosstrappe sind ganz in der Nähe. In Thale beginnt auch der Hexenstieg, den wir von dort aus gelaufen sind.

Schöne alte Villa mit knarrenden Treppen, Sauna, totale Ruhe, Ambiente für Geniesser, kein Schicki-Micki sondern klassisch mit viel Holz, sehr netter Empfang, top Lage, eigener Parkplatz, Restaurant = Steakhouse - der absolute Wahnsinn !!! Preise angemessen, sehr sauber, zu Fuss 10 Minuten zum Bodetal. Wenn nochmal Thale - dann dort !!!
