The hotel is simple and pleasant and very conveniently located near the S-bahn into the centre of Munich. It's also nearish to the not terribly simpatico Schloss park. There is little if any information available in the hotel about the attractions and activities in Munich. The hotel is not open 24 hours but the staff will leave keys for late arrivals.

We looked for a nice room with proximity to Munich. Located in a residential area, the hotel is really quiet and we slept really well. The location of the hotel leads itself to relaxing while the s-ban is only a few hundreds meters away if you want to grab dinner in town. The breakfast buffet which we took in a lovely veranda was really nice and well presented. The hotel exceeded our expectations by its location, its cleanliness and the staff.

Nice surrounding - mainly residential - Not suitable for Business and Holiday travellers.no good sign boards to get to the place. No service - at all available eg - no restaurant, coffee etc - far away from nearest restaurant - very far away from Nymphenberg palace etc

An excellent family run hotel, about 20mins from centre of city, easily accessed by train which is only 5 minute walk to station. Very helpful staff and good continental breakfast.

Wonderful warm staff and excellent location. Close to u Bahn and easy access to downtown Munich. The carpet in our room will need to be changed in the near future. Looked a little old and tired.

Small well appointed hotel, with a welcoming atmosphere. The bonus was the excellent weather and we were able to breakfast in the garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated near the S Bahn station so travel to Munich was very easy and quick.

We got a fantastic hotel room and a great breakfast. We wanted a quite hotel after two weeks in the Alps, and this hotel provides that - lying in a villa neighbourhood. With the S-bahn it is however only about 15-20 minutes (including the walk to the station) to the city centre.

очень хороший отель, в удобной доступности от станции, совсем немного времени (10-15 минут) до центральных остановок. при желании можно несложно дойти до нимфенбургского парка. тихое место, красивая природа, у нас был номер на первом этаже, вместо балкона выход прямо в сад, очень красиво даже в середине ноября. белки играют, птицы поют... хозяева весьма отзывчивые. неплохой завтрак: много разной мясной и сырной нарезки, чуть подкопченая семга, фрукты, омлет и яйца всмятку, паштеты, круасаны, выпечка всякая, мюсли много видов, соки, варенье разное и прочее. в целом очень спокойно, приятно. хороший вариант, чтобы провести день: проснуться, позавтракать, поехать погулять в центр, посетить всякие интересные места, вкусно поесть и вернуться в тихое приятное место, чтобы отдохнуть. отель находится как бы в коттеджном поселке, поблизости не обнаружили никаких кабачков. впрочем, это нельзя считать недостатком, все самое интересное в центре.

Очень уютная и тихая вилла, отличный завтрак. Несмотря на отсутствие кондиционера и ооочень жаркую погоду, сад вокруг виллы создает комфортную температуру в комнатах. Очень удобное месторасположения, если вы путешествуете на автомобиле. Рядом железная дорога, но ее присутствие вообще не ощущается, очень тихо и только поют птички. Отсутсвует сейф.
