Villa Arborea  

Beautiful facility. Wonderful staff. Owner was in high tech and retired to renovate this hotel with his wife. They take great pride in it and the service. Meet you personally at breakfast. Both are very charming.

Nothing. It may be a bit from the center of town but we had a car so didn't really notice, and it is right on a tram line.

We were warmly greeted upon arrival and were treated well during our stay. Our room was extremly clean and spacious, breakfast was outstanding and we were able to really relax and enjoy our stay in Augsburg. I would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The hotel was extremely clean and well kept with beautiful grounds. The staff spoke English, which was very helpul, and they couldn't have been nicer. It felt like you were staying in someone's home but with the privacy of your own spacious room and bathroom.

It is a little far from the city center but it was a short bus trip from the hotel. The bus stop is directly across the street from the hotel.

This hotel surpasses the idea of personal service. The owners are so helpful and genuinely welcome you as valued guests. The hotel is very pleasant and has beautiful gardens where you're welcome to sit and relax, or where children can safely play. The room we had was spotlessly clean and we had a small dish of fruit and a bottle of water on arrival. Breakfast was excellent, with a choice of cooked eggs in addition to a wide selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, warm bread, all manner of spreads and drinks. The hotel is two minutes walk from a tram stop, so there's no need to take your car into Augsburg itself. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in! We'd recommend it to anyone.

Our room, 61, was next to the breakfast room so it could be noisy if you left the windows open. We were lucky in that the nights were cool, but it can be hot. The room is also rather dark. However, it would be fine for someone with walking difficulty as there are no steps.

Very enjoyable visit, the personal touches make the villa arborea number one in Augsburg, from being met in the car park upon our arrival to advice on the best restaurants in the area. The friendliness of the staff was second to none. The cleanliness of our room was first class. The only downside was this was our second visit to Augsburg so will not be returning within the near future. Many Thanks to all

Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig , genügend Parkplätze.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in een bijzonder mooie stad!

La posizione di Villa Arborea è molto tranquilla ed è dotata di un giardino per fare colazione all'aperto. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o con autobus. Il personale parla inglese ed è molto gentile e disponibile ad offrire informazioni in merito alle visite alla città. La pulizia delle camere è ineccepibile! Consiglio questo albergo come base per visitare la bella città di Ausburg.

Di villa Arborea mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza calda e premurosa dei proprietari, la colazione ricchissima e varia (ho notato anche la presenza di cibi senza glutine per celiaci), la camera che si affacia su un meraviglioso giardino molto ben curato, un cestino di frutta fresca e una bottiglia d'acqua al nostro arrivo e gli accappatoi piegati sul letto.

Prima service, zelfde kamer gekregen als vorig jaar. Zeer behulpzaam en goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Besser geht es nicht! Liebevoll gestaltetes und gepflegtes Anwesen, komfortable Ausstattung, super reichhaltiges Frühstück, ruhige Lage und dennoch nahe dem Zentrum - hier stimmt einfach alles. Bemerkenswert war die Freundlichkeit und Servicebereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter und die gute Stimmung im Hotel. Man spürt die Freude der Betreiber an ihrem Beruf in so vielen Details, dass es wirklich Spaß macht, das erleben zu dürfen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Kleines, feines Hotel - da merkt man die Qualität guter familiengeführter Hotels... Es ist gut mit den Öffentlichen zu erreichen - bietet aber auch hinreichend Parkplätze. Gute Ausstattung der Zimmer, guter Wellnessbereich - einfach toll, hier die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Service und Frühstück ließen keine Wünsche offen. Wenn ich mal wieder in Augsburg übernachten sollte, weiß ich wo ich das machen werde (hoffentlich ist dann auch noch ein Zimmer frei).

zo een vriendelijke ontvangst om 21 u. heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt, evenals de interesse van al het hotelpersoneel en de gedienstigheid (en ik heb al in veel hotels verbleven!), de kamer was ook prachtig evenals de grote tuin
