alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Hund war herzlich wilkommen, was leider nicht überall der Fall ist! Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, obwohl die Terrasse fast größer war als das Zimmer. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, nur wenige Minuten und man ist an der Ostsee. Frühstück war auch sehr gut Da wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten, wollten wir natürlich am Tag den Strand in Binz nutzen und dachten, da wir ja ein Hotel mit Pool und Sauna hatten, dort können wir dann den Tag ausklingen lassen. Leider wurde uns dieser Traum nicht erfüllt, da ab 20 Uhr keine Benutzung mehr möglich war. Nun da waren wir schon etwas enttäuscht, die Nacht war ja nun auch nicht gerade preiswert. Also wollten wir vor unserer Abreise am Sonntag die Gegebenheiten wenigstens 1 mal ausprobieren, aber leider wurde uns auch dies nicht gegönnt. Morgens um 10 Uhr wurden gerade Servicearbeiten gemacht. Das war sehr sehr enttäuschend. Man sucht sich ja nicht um sonst ein Hotel mit Poll und Sauna aus. Logischer weise möchte man dies auch nutzen. Dafür gibt es Null Punkte!!!!

Die Individuelle Versorgung und Betreuung der Gäste! Gerne empfehle ich das Hotel weiter! Der Nachteil wenn man aus dem Schwimm/Sauna-Bereich kommt, geht der Weg an den Frühstücksraum vorbei!

En engagerad personal, som gjorde vistelsen helt oförglömligt bra!! Rent, ombonat, frukostbuffé à la kalas, inomhuspoolen mmmmm!! Vet du inte vilket hotell du ska välja kan du utan tvekan välja detta!

Fina rum, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fin frukostbuffé. Bra parkering under huset. Bra läge nära sjön, centrum, fin badstrand vid havet och tillgång till en massa bra restauranger i centrum. Mycket välskött. Det enda negativa kan vara läget intill genomfartsvägen med en hel del trafik. Med öppet fönster kan det vara störande om man har rum mot gatan men med stängt fönster är ljuden helt borta.

Sehr freundliches und überaus zuvorkommendes Personal. Sogar vom Bahnhof wird man abgeholt. Die Adresse "Bahnhofstrasse" impliziert fälschlicherweise eine Nähe zum Bahnhof. DAs Hotel hat den in D schon fast üblichen hohen Sauberkeits- und Komfortstandart. Zimmer- und Getränkepreise viel zu hoch. Eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer kostet 3,90 !!!

Netter Empfang bemühte Mitarbeiter Frühstück war o.k. aber für Laktoseintolleranz keine Alternative Der Schwimmbad und Saunabereich sehr lieblos, könnte man mit kleine Dingen wesentlich freundlicher gestalten.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist hervorragend. Man erhält gleich bei der Anreise ein paar Ausflugstips. Es war sehr sauber. Auch der Poolbereich ist sehr sauber und gepflegt hergerichtet. Frühstück war sehr reichlich.
