The staff and location was excellent, shower was good and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was included and plentiful the rooms were very basic - not exactly what I expected our room was really tired and very shabby unlike to photographs on the website |

Everything except of disadvantages (see below). We were given one of the rooms located in the basement. Though new, all sanitaryware items worked with awful noise. The similar noise could be heard from the adjourning rooms. Maybe, such noise is somehow connected with the basement location and if you are lucky to get the upper room, you will not experience it. Ah! Forgot to mention that you may face a line for breakfast - the dining room is extremely small. |

terrible hotel, very rude staffmember (old man). the rooms are shabby, very basic, no way a 3 star hotel, no elevator, no lobby, very poor breakfast, small bathroom, dirty carpets, terrible smell, oldfashioned and so on..... |

Breakfast was very good in the little breakfast room and the staff were very warm. My room was quite small and spartan. However, it was \ clean and the bathroom was new and spotless |

The proximity to the city. The staff / desk personnel were especially kind and helpful. The room was comfortable with large windows that opened. No A/C so it was hot, but with the windows opened it was alright. Some noise on the weekends. Some late night noise from neighbors, but didn't last too long. Had to close the windows. Breakfast was a little light. Windows in breakfast area needs to be opened. Too stuffy! |

For me was the most important fact, that hotel is located close to the Fairground, so we could walk to the Fair. Secondly, the location is exlellent, quiet during night, peacefull and many nice small restaurants / Mediteranian - Greek restaurant was exellent/ in the nearest walking distance. Personal of the Hotel was friendly and kind, offering all the service they could.. I did not expacted much, so I got more... |

Location is perfect...10 minutes walk to Messe Frankfurt Exhibition Center. The staff were friendly and nice. Just the beds were too small. |

Excellent location for attending the trade fair (only a 10-minute walk from the exhibition centre and subway). Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. The high room price compared to hotel prices in other European cities, but this apparently is the case for most Frankfurt hotels during exhibitions. Single room was comfortable but quite small. |

The location is perfect, the hotel was lovely and quiet and the room I was in was very large and pleasant. It's a very minor thing, but the shampoo was of very poor quaility. |

Very close to the Frankfurter Messe, friendly people Bath without a decent shower. You could smell the sigaret smoke of the previous visitor (or from the room below, not sure), although I ordered a non-smoking room. |

Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Alles is schoon en fris. Kamer is oud, zonder minibar of een fles water. Geen gezamelijk ontmoetings ruimte of bar. |

gute Lage, relativ ruhig, reeller Preis abgewohnte Zimmer mit sehr diskretem 50er-Jahre-Charme, meine Booking-Buchung war nicht vorhanden, Kartenlesegerät "defekt" (offenbar schon sehr lange), ohne dass man beim Einchecken gesagt bekommen hätte, ich musste mich am Tag der Abreise zuerst mal auf die Suche nach einem Geldautomaten machen |

Einfach eine gute Lage: ruhig und dabei relativ nah zur Messe und zum Campus Westend (20 min zu Fuss). Das Hotel ist einfach eingerichtet, zum Teil ist die Ausstattung recht alt und abgestossen, aber alles ist perfekt sauber, und das gilt sowohl für das Zimmer als auch für das Bad. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, und kleine Mängel werden sofort behoben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, ich habe alles gefunden was ich wollte. Fazit: es war eine gute Wahl. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig. |
