Beautiful hotel with nice amenities. The location was perfect. It was quiet but was a few steps from the center of Bamberg. Very good breakfast with hot and cold items.

Beautiful building in quiet location, but convenient for the city.

Bathroom not properly cleaned during the three nights of our stay. Breakfast is charged extra, and whilst good we would have expected it to be included for the price charged.

Overpriced compared to Irish hotels. I prefer minimalistic, modern style rather than the old, traditional style you guys are going for.

This hotel has an excellent location and the rooms are okay. The toys and accessories for kids were a nice detail. Also nice: we went with a baby (8 months) and a toddler (2 yrs old) and had booked only one baby bed, but asked for a second one and we got it without problems.

The baby beds had very bad (barely none) mattresses, the breakfast was in our opinion okay but not so good for a 4 star superior hotel (e.g. fruit was mostly from the can and no fresh orange juice), and no pool (for kids always a plus). A small negative aspect: we asked in reception for a restaurant to eat dinner with children and the answer was that "go across the bridge and then choose one restaurant, all are good", no recommendation nor map.

Location is close to the city center. Room is fairly big. Hotel has parking (paid extra)

Hotel has lack of ambience. Nobody helped with luggage during check in.

De toda mi gira por Alemania ha sido el hotel más caro y no hay relación con la calidad, somos adultos mayores y nos dieron habitación sin ascensor y nadie ayuda con el equipaje, pieza chica y sin gracia, desayuno muy caro.

Die gute Citylage!!!

Wir waren schon einige male in diesem Haus. Aber diesmal waren wir mehr enttäuscht, als überzeugt. Warum: 1) Früh gebucht, wenig Betrieb im Hotel und trotzdem hat man uns eines der kleinsten Zimmer gegeben. Man hätte uns auch auswählen lassen können. 2) Es wurden die benutzten Handtücher auf den Boden gelegt. Diese waren auch Abends weg, aber frischen Ersatz gabs nicht!! 3) Papiertücher waren verbraucht und es wurde für den 2. Tag nicht aufgefüllt. WR.

Es ist ein wirklich schönes haus, wenn man davor steht, hat man schon richtig Lust einzutreten. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön eingerichtet, und ausreichend groß. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wirklich optimal um die Altstadt und Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch zum shoppen und zu anderen lokalitäten ist es nicht weit.

Wir waren zu viert und es hat uns allen gut gefallen. Das einzige was ich noch für verbesserungswürdig halte, ist das Frühstück. Ich finde es zu teuer, das könnte man für diesen Preis noch optimieren. Wobei mir persönlich ein kleineres Angebot zu einem günstigeren Preis gereicht hätte, und auch vor allen Dingen meinen erwachsenen Töchtern, die nicht so die Frühstücker sind.

Zimmer-Design und Ausstattung

Tudo foi fantástico! O atendimento, a comida, a hospitalidade! Recomendo fortemente o hotel e a cidade.

De lokatie,rustig maar toch in de altstadt

Es waren die perefekte Zuvorkommenheit des Hotelpersonals, die sehr freundliche Erfüllung auch von Sonderwünschen und die absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre, die unseren Aufenthalt untermalten. Das Frühstücksbufet war sehr gut, vielseitig und reichlich - und der bei 15 €/Person angemessene Champagner war dabei obligatorisch.

Nein, es gibt keinen Grund zur Kritik, wohl aber der gut gemeinte Hinweis, dass eine Uhr im Entspannungsraum der Sauna hilfreich gewesen wäre.
