The Bauhaus museum, Liszt museum, municipal museum and Gingko museum are also well worth a visit, as is the nearby Buchenwald concentration camp.
Please note that the listed rate does not include a mandatory Kulturförderabgabe (local culture tax). This amounts to EUR 1 per room per night, and must be paid in cash.

Ein sehr angenehmes Haus, ansprechendes Ambiente, alle Mitarbeiter freundlich, leckeres Frühstück und das Komfort-Zimmer war wirklich sehr, sehr schön. Im Verhältnis zum Zimmer war das Bad etwas enttäuschend - weil winzig und "nur" mit dem absoluten Muss (Waschbecken, Dusche, WC) ausgestattet. |

Ein schönes, kleines, intimes Hotel in einer wunderbaren Villa in angenehmer Umgebung (eine wunderbare Straße) und in sehr ruhiger Lage. Nicht direkt im Stadtkern, aber immer noch sehr zentral. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nur eine winzige Kritik: die Badematte hatte die Größe eines Gästehandtuchs, da könnte man etwas großzügiger sein. Oder vielleicht wars nur ein Versehen?! |

Tatsächlich ist es nicht wirklich ein Familienhotel, aber die Mitarbeiter kümmern sich um kleine Gäste besonders viel und reservieren sogar ohne Aufforderung extra einen Tisch, damit die Kleinen sich wohl fühlen. Sie sind in jeder Hinsicht sehr bemüht, dem Gast einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Und es gelingt! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar klein, aber uns hat es alle Wünsche erfüllt. |

Zimmereinrichtung wie man es von einer "Villa" erwartet, liebevoll renoviert, aber nicht überladen. Sehr freundliche junge Dame an der Rezeption. Erstklassiges griechisches Restaurant im Kellergewölbe - ohne Lärm- oder Geruchsbelästigung. |
