Very helpful staff. Room well cleaned. Excellent breakfast and other meals. In easy walking distance of shops and ICC.

Lack of newspapers in English. Internet accessibility in my room was expensive and frustrating. Once connected I had to use the one hour time I had bought in one go. I would have preferred 24 hour internet access included in the room price.

The pool in the wellness suite was small but very relaxing and well looked after. The same could be said for the changing area. I spent many hours there and loved it. The room I stayed in was the economy room I think, but was still spacious and of a high standard. The hotel is in a nice area, but quite far from any sights/nightlife...but the underground is only a 5 min walk away and runs all nigh

I think for the price I paid for four nights breakfast should have been included, also we were not provided with robes for the wellness suite whereas all the other guests were which was strange. The staff were ok but not overly helpful. No instrcutions on how to turn on the sauna/steam room and was not always on. generally v good though.

Ease of access to nearby conference centre. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Helpful staff.

Das sehr zuvorkommende und sehr freundliche Personal.Das Zimmer das Bad waren sehr sauber. Ich möchte mich bei dem gesamten Personal bedanken.

die ruhige Lage

Et dejligt overskuligt poolområde, hvor børn der selv kan svømme også kan få noget ud af det. (Dog ikke mulighed for vilde vandlege). Morgenbuffeten under gennemsnittet for et 4 stjernet tysk storbyhotel. Lille udvalg og pålæg, ost osv. vippede godt med kanterne allerede klokken 9. Personalet i receptionen havde ikke helt tjek på den reservation vi havde. Vi havde bestilt en "Berlin-pakke", som...

Mere tjek på mogenmaden og kvaliteten af denne. Lidt mere "fingerspidsfornemmelse" hos receptionspersonalet. Opstramning på rengøringen. Meget støvet på "usynlige områder".
