We enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the dining room and reception staff and would recommend the breakfast that should satisfy people of all tastes.

I did not appreciate having my room serviced so late in the afternoon (1700hrs), nor did I appreciate a hazardous bedside reading lamp that did not function. Worse still was returning from a day out to find that we were in darkness in our room and that the electricity had been switched off at the fuse-board. The helpful reception staff switched the electricty back on but it appears that there is no maintenance staff cover in this hotel after normal working hours or at weekends, nor do they retain a spare room in case of emergencies.

the woman that work at night is very excellent, but at morning not so nice.

I try to make a collect call 5x and I didn't get, but I have to pay for this ( € 24,00).

They initially charged £100.00 extra on arrival before I asked to use the reception internet connection (which I had to give both my login and password as the receptionist did not allow me near the counter) and then spent an hour trying to prove the price I had been quoted. The hotel was described to have a pool and spa leisure facility. The pool was small and (cold).

Very helpful staff. Room well cleaned. Excellent breakfast and other meals. In easy walking distance of shops and ICC.

Lack of newspapers in English. Internet accessibility in my room was expensive and frustrating. Once connected I had to use the one hour time I had bought in one go. I would have preferred 24 hour internet access included in the room price.

The pool in the wellness suite was small but very relaxing and well looked after. The same could be said for the changing area. I spent many hours there and loved it. The room I stayed in was the economy room I think, but was still spacious and of a high standard. The hotel is in a nice area, but quite far from any sights/nightlife...but the underground is only a 5 min walk away and runs all nigh

I think for the price I paid for four nights breakfast should have been included, also we were not provided with robes for the wellness suite whereas all the other guests were which was strange. The staff were ok but not overly helpful. No instrcutions on how to turn on the sauna/steam room and was not always on. generally v good though.

Gute Erreichbarkeit, ruhige Umgebung, netter Service

...mein Familienname lautet Jenny, Edgar ist mein Vorname. Habe aber trotzdem gut geschlafen...-:)

Gemütlichkeit, Ruhe,Freundlichkeit, no Stress... Einfach locker für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in einen Weltstadt

Wasser im Pool war zukalt wenn Kinder dabei sind.

Le confort, l'acceuil, le restaurant

Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück; ganz neues Badezimmer; kleiner, aber sehr gepflegter Wellnessbereich (kleine Sauna, kleines Dampfbad, kleiner Pool - aber man ist eh meist allein); ganz nah zur U-Bahn Theodor-Heuss-Platz gelegen (11 Stationen zum Potsdamer Platz - geht aber flott); super Betten (Matratze!)

Am Sonntag war großer Trubel im Frühstücksraum, zu viele Gäste auf zu wenig Platz

Die netten und freundlichen Mitarbeiter des Hotels.

Teilweise das Frühstück: Kleine harte Brötchen, das Frühstück war sehr einfach, was nicht schlimm ist, aber dafür war der Preis zu hoch.

Der Pool

Das Badezimmer hat keine Belüftung.
