Bedroom, sauna, pool, breakfast, bed and breakfast charm
wifi did not work
The rooms were lovely and the staff very friendly.
The service was good but on the slow side when ordering drinks and food at the bar.
Modest selection in the breakfast buffet comparing to price
pool,wellness,room,balcony,bathroom,-everything was great
Great location, in upmarket neighbourhood. Very large room, huge bathrooms and very clean. Internet confusing as it says €12 per day, but when I checked out, I did not have to pay.
Although I paid extra for a quiet room at the rear of the building, on arrival I was given one at the front. Unfortunately I had to argue with the staff that I had paid for a quiet room, even with the proof of booking. Shower head faced the wall and was impossible to make it point in the right direction, which made having a shower difficult. No coffee in room.
Very comfortable beds. Friendly efficient staff. Quiet location
Poor wifi for that standard of hotel
stayed with 2 small Children in 2 rooms with adjoining Door very good with Kids ..Loved the Pool Very Quiet we had it all to Ourselves the 2 Times we used it .Didnt have the Breakfast as felt 10euro very pricey otherwise perfect
Did not like the €10 for Kids Breakfast as felt it was to Pricey for a Bowl of Cereal as thats they would have could have had a few more options on Breakfast
Very nice, large and fine rooms The hotel is located in a quiet street, in the neighbourhood with restaurants and shops. U-bahn to the centre is 3 minutes away. Pool and sauna area are nice, although just for few people.
Paying extra for wifi is stupid in 2014
In general: very nice room, helpful staff, amusing wellness center, good access to public transport, which brought me three nights of fruitful stay in Berlin.
The cupboard doors in the room 27 were terribly stinking. The bad smell of wet wood or some unknown sources forced me to keep the cupboard closed, and keep my cloths on the sofa for all three nights of my stay. I hope the hotel managers solve this issue soon, since it is a very good hotel.
There is an aromatherapy shower that was amazing. The pool had beautiful murals that had blue seas and skies and were well painted. We enjoyed the steam room and sauna. Plenty of chaise lounges around also.
We had one of the least expensive rooms so we didn't get the fluffy bathrobes.
The breakfast is stylish every morning :)
No air conditioning but I was given a movable air conditioning which sometimes I can't place properly and it makes the room more warm when working.
-Excellent staff -Swimming pool/sauna -Value for money -Superb room and bed
-no free wifi -little noisy
Next to U-bahn station, really nice rooms with balcony
When you check in you have to ask for staff like SPA area access card and internet access, receptionist is giving it out only when asked...
Sauna and pool, pool is just 10 meters long but most of the time we were only ones there.
Internet is listed as 4€/h, but if you ask for it it will be free of charge, it should be provided automatically when you check in.
I never expected such a large hotel room in Berlin, only a short walk from the U-Bahn, so quite easy to get to where you want to go in town. The staff that I met were very courteous and helpful.
Did not get to try the breakfast or spa, so can't comment on it.
The location was perfect for our business. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast are great, although a bit overpriced for the offer. The garden restaurant is also lovely, we ate outside when it was dry.
There is no airconditioning in the rooms and when temps are high it gets warm at night. The street in the front is very noisy, especially in the morning. The service in the restaurant in the evening was a bit patchy - e.g. the kitchen would close before we were asked if we wanted any desert, the waiter did not want to serve outside even though it was dry. The Wi-Fi service is slow and not available in the garden restaurant. For us as business travellers this was a challenge.....
Rooms are much better than lobby. Very quiet and nice neighborhood.
The staff were very helpful and efficient, the place was clean and comfortable.
Friendly efficient staff Comfortable rooms Excellent pool and spa Convenient location (for us)
Charging for Wi-Fi is a bit old fashioned. Breakfast doubtless very good, but expensive unless you have an enormous appetite
The bedrooms were very spacious and, considering that the hotel is in the city, it was very quiet. The furnishings are very good and the en-suite bathroom is clean and of a good size.
The lift was very small - it would only take two people. There was no tea and coffee facility in the room and, when we stayed, the person who would provide the service to your room was ill and there was no replacement available. A bit poor for a quality hotel.
a very nice well set up hotel. Close to UBahn and Messe. Restaurant Marron is worth spending a nice evening.
Location, free parking in the street, delux room is nice.
3€ per hour in a 4* hotel is shameful. Parking 15€ per day, breakfest 15€ per person. Even the wellness is charged extra unless you book a deluxe room. That's a rip off! Lack of communication among hotel staff (was led to beleive that I didnt get a package at the hotel, only to be told after 3 days that it has been there entire time. I made 2 or 3 short calls trying to trace the package and I was charged 8€ phone fee. Also, it is rather noisy from the old elevator, you can hear it all day and early in the morning. Hotel is nice but in many ways too expencive for what it has to offer.
Location, friendly helpful staff. I felt safe.
Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant wasgood, especially the breakfast buffet. Little expensive but worth it. I would stay there again.
Very nice hotel situated very close to Olympia Stadium. Large rooms and nice neighbourhood.
The decor was a bit outdated. But I didn't ruin the overall good impression.
