The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Our room faced the Moselle and was roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was large and modern. The breakfast buffet was very good indeed with short order chef on duty. The restaurant was also excellent with great value for money. |

The staff there, especially the manager, were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The tiramisu was excellent as well. The food was a little pricey so we decided to eat at a resturant down the street. We did decide to have desert at this hotel because they looked tasty. |

Unfortunately, my motorbike broke down whilst on route to the hotel. On my arrival, the staff were friendly and started trying to arrange a local mechanic to assist me. Despite the Hotel being busy the staff took time out to help and re assure me. I cannot praise the hotel and its staff highly enough. The hotel itself was clean, well presented and the food was fantastic. Thank you. |

Wonderful villa/hotel! Family run with super friendly and helpful staff. Owners speak perfect English and are more than willing to help. Breakfast room is beautiful and breakfast is amazing (with freshly made omelettes) Dinner at the hotel was fabulous! We stayed in a villa room which was gorgeous and the hotel has many outdoor patios (one with a nice fish pond). |

very friendly and helpful staff and owners; extremely good restaurant Wifi signal didn't reach our room, but it was present just outside our door; Since the weather was quite cold, the room temperature was also a bit chilly, but not too bad. |

Good location for visiting Cochem and Burg Eltz. Friendly staff and very helpful especially for helping us to plan our sight-seeing. They spoke great English! Wonderful food in al fresco restaurant in the evening with a lovely view of the river. |

I have nothing but praise for this hotel and its staff. We were greeted with warmth and friendliness, the rooms were large and comfortable with river views, but the best bit was the eating experience, it was wonderful. The food itself was fantastic and Britta and all her waiting staff took great care in supporting and helping we non-German speaking Brits so that we got the best from it. |

The other reviews say how good it is and it is. Those few who were not satisfied with the breakfast must have been there on a bad day! It is a place you want to go back to. Pity it has to be in two buildings. Cannot be cured but it was a good job it was not raining. |

Friendly and helpful English-speaking owner; peaceful view of the river and vinyards; excellent kitchen- rumpsteak recommended; buffet breakfast- eggs to order, German coldcuts and cheeses, yogurt, muesli and other cereals, choices of different breads, rolls, muffins, waffles, etc.; large, spotless double room in the annex; quiet; close to all storybook villages along the Moselle. No complaints whatsoever. |
