Nice staff and helpful , free internet , the location good for who want be near the main train station in frankfurt , the iranian restaurant was good ,

Small tv , the bathroom very small , the bed was not comfortable , Asked the reception King bed and give me single beds in close proximity , the blanket was small , There are stairs between the entrance and the elevator and another stairs between the elevator and rooms

The staff was good and the location was near by banhof station and near by Frankfurt messe and near by the mine river and zeil shopping street . Kind staff , I get there around 7 am and the reception check in me ( the rule is I can check in on 1 pm )

It was a small hotel and the elavator dd not stoppes at each level and you shall to walk some stairs to the elevator with baggages . a little bit noisy .

friendly and knowledgable staff, excellent location to trains and the city centre, christmas market, excellent breakfast included, very clean, unique decor, very good price.

good elevator but still must use stairs, access to the room we had and the lobby is not handicap/senior friendly

It dose not look as it in the photos at all, the bed is un comfortable at all...

The room was beautiful and romantic for a couple. The breakfast was quite delicious and had many options. I would not recommend this hotel if you have children. The hotel is also about a minute walk from the Frankfurt train station.

This hotel is simply great! The rooms, the stuff, the location.. The whole package! I have been in many hotels in Frankfurt / train station area. This one is definitely my preferred option.

construction, next building but feels like in my room. It started from 08:00 until 18:30,

the ambience-decoration are inspiring.the area near rhe breakfast room with cushions and carpets where smoking was allowed was a nice surprise.

too many ups and downs with the stairs.down for the reception,up for the lift,down for the room.very inconvenient carrying a suitcase..restaurant food simply horrible and service very poor.

The design of the hotel and the breakfast buffet was very nice.

The room was located directly to a busy street and the windows were not very well isolated so that the noises from the street could be easily heard.

Breakfast and location were great.
