Very nice and helfput staffs: Michael the big guy and the other guy (whose name I did not get) were really helpful and hospitable. They allowed us to store our big luggage for free for about a week when we were out of town ; good location: a short walk from the main train station: Unique design - North Africa/Middle East design with rich colours; which we find very nice. free breakfast, internet. |

staff friendliness and helpfulness was exemplary, central location. Will definitely stay again. bathrooms cd include more products inc body lotion and up-grade range. Bin in the bedroom. |

Room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable, location good, staff were excellent. Shower pressure was very low, it was raining and the parking was a little far from hotel. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. Location was great for the train station, the city and the airport bus. Definitely would stay there again if we return to Frankfurt. |

I like the decorations and Oriental feeling of the room. A big plus was the floor was tiled not with wall-to-wall carpets (which are always dusty). The noice both from the street and from the corridor was very loud and clear. For some reason also the staff started discussions in the corridor very early in the morning. |

Central location to the train station, within a short walk to the center of the city. The hotel is very attractively decorated, good-sized room. While the interior of the hotel is very detailed and nice, it's the little things that soon become irritating such as the lack of a second trash bin in the room (if someone is in the bathroom, you have to wait with your trash in hand until you can throw it out), as well as no tissue box. The breakfast was rather slim. |

Friendly and helpful staff, clean. Location convenient for railway station, sort of convenient for financial centre. Free internet a bonus - for some reason, most Frankfurt hotels seem to think that this is something for which travellers should fork out €20 a day or more. Décor not to my taste (suspect you either love it or hate it). I know that there was a major event at the Messe that week, but the prices were on the high side for the size of the room / standard of hotel. |

Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung des Hotels entsprachen genau meinen Vorstellungen .Tolles Ambiente ! Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr hilfreich . Sehr gutes Frühstückbüffet . Die Parksituation am Hotel ist nicht sehr gut. Zimmer zur Straße etwas laut . |
